Nation link In discussions on the GGA forums other members have seen the same thing, buying Border Walls without getting an environmental change. admin Posted May 16, 2008 Report Share Posted May 16, 2008 I just checked my nation and I went from 4.18 to 3.18 after buying a border wall so it is working properly.
