He logged into my network on CN to check his nation and make sure that it wasn't deleted and to pay bills and collect taxes. In doing so he violated the IP restrictions. I would like to know if this can be accepted as an unfortunate circumstance and be waved off. I do not want him or I to get banned and loose our nations. Quite simply he had no place to go and I was here to help him. Please let me know if there is something I am suppose to do, I didn't know where to post this and I would like to know if you have any thing to say about this please let me know.
