So that means that you would be giving me 15 million every 10 days without wishing to help at all in the alliance? This will be my last post in here, because unless you heed the advice that has been given to you by much more experienced members, this alliance will never really be an alliance. Withdraw your announcement, structure your charter, find more members who want the same cause as you, and then consider reannouncing the alliance. That is the last I can say to help you. Article 1- Order of Sovereignty We the people of Order of Soveregnty are a purple team We will stand up for what we belive in and we will offer, protection, advice, money and friends in this Alliance. Our motto is " Go big or go home" We gaurantee membership unless you are alliance jumping just for money then you will get punished. We will sacrifice to help out our members in a time of desperate need Article 2- Membership Anyone who is applying for membership must state following in order to get accepted in to order of Sovereignty. Nation- Ruler- Strength- Link to nation- Government will deliberate and if you are agreed apon then you will be masked as a member. Any nation that is less than 1,000 strength will get some money for signing up. All people must be active and post on our forums regulary. NOT all nations will be accepted Article 3- Governemnt Order of Sovereignty governemnt will consist of five members. Two governemnt spots are admins and the rest are ones voted on by the people. Government positions will be held for six months then we will have a 2 day elction process. After 2 days are up are new goverment positions will take affect. Admins who have governemnt positions can't lose there governemnt spot. Government positions have higher power but not admin power and admins have the last say. Article 4-Military Our Military will consist of 3 companies and they are: Alpha Bravo Charley There will be a general and a Lt for every company Generals will be appointed be the government and the lts are apoointed by the general Each company will have groups of five in them(just not five people) There will be two medice nations and three fighting nations Medic nations take the spot of a nation that is in anarchy or has been Zi ed . The nation that the medic takes it spot as will be a fighting nation and the other nations is a medic nation or untill it heals up all the way. Article 4-Duties Generals duties are to make sure there company members are active and they report to roll call every month. The give order's to Lt's and make sure they follow out there Generals orders. Lt's are responsible for making sure the Generals orders are followed out and to keep in eye out for members during war time. IF a lt has a proble has to report it to there General and they report it to the Government if not takin care of. Article 5- War Generals are to report to the government tell them what is going and to tell government if anyone needs aid requests. No one can attack anyone with out permission from and admin or an governemnt member. If an attack is to occur without permissions you will be subjected to expulsion. Battle reports must be posted in Battle report topic Posting a battle report topic looks like this EX. ShawnS Battle report and the info copyed Battle reports are to be posted after every fight!!! Once war is over we might be able to get respirations for you so it is recomemded to post them. Article 6- Aid Requests All aid requests must be made in a time of war. People with permission from admin or governemnt member may get some. All aid requests must state following to get aid: Nation- Ruler- Strength Anarchy(y/n) Aid requests might be given to nations that seroiusly need it, Can make aid requests only in time of war Loans can also be made by looking into the loan department. you can get one loan every two months. loans can collect interests. Loans are to be payed back 30 days after you get the loan If not payed back by 30 days you can get charged 5,000 for every day it is late. Article 7- Tech Raiding Tech Raiding isn't allowed.( exeptions only) Inactive Members Tech Raiding will result in expulsion You can tech raid with permission only. Article 8- Recruitment All recruitment will be done by recruiters Recruitment video must be submitted to government. Once government members looked at it we will give it the okay to be posted Article 9 Tech Deals All tech deals are to be done correctly Anyone who cheats a nations will get severely punished for it. Ex. 100 tech = 3 million 50 tech = 1.5 million These are example of what you can get out of tech deals Article 10 - Punishments All punishments will be done by the Government. Appeals can be mad up to a week after you have been punished. After that first week they cannot be made. Preamble of the Order of Sovereignty:We the people of Order of Soveregnty, henceforth known as OoS, do hereby declare our existence to the world, and vow to uphold the letter and law of this charter. We are officially a purple team alliance, and our primary belief is that of a brotherhood and kinship, wherein each and every member will be treated with the utmost level of respect and dignity. Article 1: Membership In order to be considered for membership into OoS, a prospective applicant must provide the following information in our sign-in forum: Nation- Ruler- Strength- Link to nation- The immigration department of OoS will deliberate and perform a background check on your nation and your character. Assuming that all goes as planned, you will be accepted and will be immediately eligible for start-up aid, up to 3 million, depending on the situation. Any nation that is less than 1,000 strength is assured some amount of start-up aid. However, regular forum activity will be required of all members, and please keep in mind that not all nations will be accepted. Article 2: Interim Governemnt OoS governement will consist of five members. Two "Founder" positions, responsible for most of the top-level changes and structure are life-time posts. The three other positions shall consist of our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Internal Affairs, and Minister of Defense. All five shall rule jointly on OoS's council, under the watchful gaze of the Founders. Ministers are elected to six month terms. Article 3: Member Rights and Obligations As a member of OoS you are protected by our military, and as such are expected to fight when the alliance is in need. The layout and structure of the military will be such that banking nations as well as fighting nations will be required for a successful defense and/or offensive. However, OoS will not take to arms without just cause, nor without ample warning when possible. OoS respects the sovereignty of all nations, even unaffiliated. As such, the practice of tech raiding is banned, and judicial action will be taken should any nation under OoS protection be found raiding. Each and every member of OoS has the right to a fair trial, should charges be brought up against them, wherein the Founders will oversee the proceedings, and the Ministers and their deputies will act as the jury. As well, members of OoS have the right and the ability to propose legislation, wherein the final decision on all proposed legislation shall lie within the wise and capable hands of the Founders.
