I currently have 3 of the 5 aid slots filled and when i go to send him aid I get the following message. That nation has too many active foreign aid agreements at this time. Please wait until these agreements expire before attempting to send aid. if you look at the Foreign Aid Search Results http://www.cybernations.net/search_aid.asp...search=Paderino It shows all the Aid i have out. and not one to the person i am trying to send aid to.
