The location of this new city is at the geographic center of the nation, directly north of Cordoba. The Admiral has placed the creation of this city in the hands of his Political Council, who will oversee its development. In the press conference, Diaz stated the completion of Government Center will be completed as soon as possible and will be placed in the center of the new city. Until completion, the temporary capital will remain Buenos Aires. An artist rendition of the Center has been shared with this paper through the government’s press team. [spoiler][/spoiler]***Semi-Private Actions*** The Southern Cone Federal Police took control of Regional and Provincial Police Forces and the Regional and National Gendarmeries, making them sub-agencies of the SCFP. The completion of the Law Enforcement Reorganization was a necessary component to solidify the power of the Military and their Civilian counterparts. Upon completion, regulations would be easily, and swiftly, enforced. The National Penitentiary System would begin reorganizing their mission to focus on rehabilitation and re-education. Criminals, and dissidents alike, must learn how to be law-abiding and productive members of society. The process by which the FPS would conduct this mission would be through skills training, labor and course-instruction. Those who are deemed unable to complete rehabilitation or re-education would be sent to their deaths in select prisons across the state. Rodrigo Peñailillo, the Minister of Interior on the Political Council, stated in a speech the Southern Cone Federal Police and Federal Penitentiary System would work hand-in-hand to ensure public safety and order was maintained during the transition to a democratic government. Technology, communication and operating procedure would integrate to provide a fuller picture of the criminal situation in the Southern Cone.***Private Actions*** Alfredo Charme, Minister of Foreign Affairs on the Political Council, sent to the Tianxia representative to the Imperium a message requesting the transfer of administrative and protection responsibilities of South America to the Southern Cone Republic.
