After exchanging initial greetings, the visiting delegation would be escorted to a prepared conference room at the Kremlin for the meeting. The Russian-Sierra Leonean Economic Accords Article I: Economic Collaboration The undersigned are to work together to ensure economic cooperation and mutual benefit. Whether this is through state or corporate entities is up to the individual lawmakers and company executives of the respective nations. Article II: Exclusive Rights Russian companies, both private and state-owned, are given exclusive rights in Sierra Leone. These rights include favoritism in Sierra Leonean shopping centers, stores, and access to mineral deposits in Sierra Leone, including but not limited to diamond, gold, bauxite and iron deposits. Article III: Cancellation Should one of the undersigned decide this treaty is no longer in the best interests of their economy and state, they may cancel this treaty and all articles are declared null and void. Given the Foreign Minister's decision to keep the government informed of the developments as they occurred, the approval was all but guaranteed. While Athenian trainers and assistance is more than welcomed, our generals have requested Russian trainers to assist in the creation of paratrooper regiments in the Sierra Leonean Army. May I propose the following agreement to outline the specifics of the deployment of military trainers and, should the Sierra Leonean government wish, it may form the template of similar future initiatives between our countries. Would this draft text be acceptable?”[/i]-Denisov [b][u]Russo-Sierra Leonean Military Advisor/Trainer Agreement[/b][/u] The government of the Greater Russian Empire shall provide 100 military trainers to facilitate specialized training of the Sierra Leonean Armed Forces. The government of Sierra Leone shall be responsible for the housing and safety of the aforementioned military trainers for the duration of their stay in Sierra Leone. The salaries of the aforementioned military trainers shall be paid jointly by Russia and Sierra Leone (in an 80/20 percentage structure) for the duration of their training mission. Should any issues arise involving the deployment of the military trainers which require arbitration, said arbitration shall be conducted jointly by the Greater Russian Empire and Sierra Leone utilizing a mutually acceptable system of arbitration. This agreement takes effect upon the arrival of the first military trainers to Sierra Leone and shall end upon the completion of the training mission (or in case of an emergency upon the withdrawal of the personnel from Sierra Leone).
