Uberstein
TO: Yayi Boni, President of The Union of GuineaFROM: Chancellor Samara of Sudan, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed ForcesPresident Boni,As was discussed with the Sudanese ambassador, war games between our armed forces is an idea I wish to pursue. The Marrah Mountain region in Darfur, with careful consideration paid to avoid villages and cities, should serve well for such war games. It would give a mixture of terrains to work with as well.Given the current issue that Sudan is having on the border with Rohan, I feel that it would not be prudent to commit any more than one or two divisions to these war games, which is a total of 24,000 infantry on Sudan's part.
