High Emperor Aggron Posted November 10, 2013 Report Share Posted November 10, 2013 Charles Mwando Nsimba, Secretary of defense in the RDC, would take a jet plane to Marscury in efforts to see live tests of their weaponry and the MAT/SV-11, a light scout vehicle that seemed to show much promise. The flight would be rather long and uneventful besides turbulence which was only the norm for a flight. When the captain announced that they'd be landing in Marscury following the clearance from M.A.R. air control, Nsimba and his team fastened their belts as they waited.
