I went to deploy too many soldiers and as you do the game warned me that if I did I would go into anarchy. So with this knowledge I clicked cancel. However the game decided to deploy my soldiers anyway and forced my nation into anarcy. The second is that the game will not allow me to launch a nuclear missle attack keeps telling me I have to wait until after 24 hours of delcaring war. I declared war at 4.15 CN server time on 27/01/2013. I went to launch my nuclear attack on 4.48 CN server time on 28/01/2013 how long after the 24 hours do you actually have to wait.
