The ferry to the city of Jarbah Ajim, as well as the C117 road bridge have been cancelled and sealed off respectively. His Majesty has also issued the construction of defenses along the inner shores, as well as coast-guard patrols of the waters around the base. Djerba island is to be sealed off, and Terre Regius will see any breach of it's sovereign waters or airspace around the island to be an act of war.
"I recognize Djerba Island is the territory of the African Unity Pact. However, the oceans, air, and land around it are the territory of Terre Regius, and to allow a violation would be to welcome all nations to take advantage of Terre Regius. The Futurist Commission has released it's first report. "Current transportation has far too many breaks and inefficiencies. Using the [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=113101&#entry3037754"]current solar power networks[/url] established by His Majesty, all trains are to be refitted or replaced with electrical engines. Rail lines which lead into major cities are to be shifted so that they connect to the city's normal subway system, and use the same tracks and trains. For transportation of cargo, large cargo lifts are to be placed in expanded subway stations, which will bring cargo up to the surface directly into distribution centers. These centers will be government owned and rent out loading times to private companies."

His Majesty, satisfied with this report, has directed the Futurist Commission towards the issue of Agriculture.

The Futurist Commission's findings are to be acted upon immediately. The Legio Munitor is to offer above-market pay to provide incentive for workers to temporarily sign on for the reconstruction projects.

The current service revolver is to be replaced by a home-produced copy of the Carbon-Steel [url="http://world.guns.ru/handguns/double-action-revolvers/usa/ruger-gp-100-e.html"]Ruger GP 100[/url], .357 Magnum revolver. Production of the .454 Casull round is to cease and be retooled for .357 Magnum production within the month. All military units have been placed at RED ALERT. 40mm Anti-Aircraft guns & Folgore Recoiless Rifles have been removed from storage and transferred to fully supply all divisions in their defense. Reposition of Military Forces is to follow:
1st Division: Repositioned to around the city of Gabes.

2nd Division: Repositioned to support the 4th marine Brigade across from Djerba Island. Artillery has been removed from storage and has been set up west of Hassi Jerbi, and northwest of Boughrara, to ensure full coverage of the ferry crossing and the bridge. These positions are to be camouflaged thoroughly, and crews are to minimize thermal activity.

3rd Division: Repositioned to around the city of Urbem Rex. The capital's anti-aircraft is to be fully manned and operational until further notice.

1st Promonarchia Secta Police Division: Protection of [b]Jebel ech Chamb[/b][b]i[/b]. Supplies to survive for a year have been moved into the Promonarchia Secta HQ bunker, with charges readied to blast the entrances to prevent enemy intrusion.

1st Promonarchia Secta Volunteer Brigade & 3rd Marine Brigade & Frogmen: Defense of the Palace Sector Walls & areas where landing ships can disembark in the city.

The 12 Gabes-Class Patrol Ships are to retreat to dock in Urbem Rex, due to their 25mm armament being inadequate for war.

Civilians have begun evacuation drills and have been told to be ready at a moment's notice. Fire Brigades are now on a ready status, with chemicals being supplied to help fight incendiary bombs. His Majesty has chosen to remain in the palace, but has agreed to have a ship prepared for potential retreat.
