Thanks to the information extracted from the Yaza Hajin operatives from the last capture and an anonymous tip, Team 777 managed to swoop into a remote area of southern Atlantis and captured what appears to be many high ranking leaders of the Yaza Hajin. Although Team 777 suffered no casualties, half of the intel in the location had been razed before Team 777 managed to get there. It seemed that the Yaza Hajin operatives there were about to flee the location. The captured enemies of the state were transferred to a maximum security prison on the island of Atlantis. Later in the day, a pre-recorded video message was sent a government building in the capitol. When a worker received it and played it on the big screen, a face popped up and said:
"I know you have captured a few lieutenants of mine. I do not care for them. They knew what could happen working for Yaza Hajin, and they have no regrets. You people used to hide in your hidden kingdom. Why are you so bold now? Is it because you have better weapons than us? I spot on the graves of your ancestors! You animals are not worthy to carry the title of Africans. I will stop at nothing to bring about the downfall of Atlantis. My cause has captured the devotion of thousands in your pitiful nation. We grow stronger by the day, and soon we will march forward and tear down your capitol brick by brick, no matter how many of us die in the process. Killing me will not solve any of your problems, for there will always be someone there to take my place. Yaza Hajin will never be destroyed by the likes of you!"
The person in the video message has been identified as Umar Menelik. He has been known for his great hatred for the institute of the government and Atlantis. A bounty has been laid on his head, and any information that leads to his capture will be rewarded.

King Mandella sent called the Chief Productions Officer of the Atlantis Arms & Associates

CPO: Welcome to Atlantis Arms & Associates, the number one manufacturer of Atlantis. How may I help you?

King: It is I, King Mandella. I have noticed that troop transport is a weak point in the army of Atlantis, so I have two tasks for you. I need you to manufacture four times the amount of Strykers that the army now has, and research a military jeep for normal and fast use. Can you do that for me.

CPO: Of course, Your Highness.

King: Good, how long will this take?

CPO: Well, this is a big order. If we manufacture the Strykers first and then research a military jeep, the Strykers should only take a month and a half, two if we are unlucky. The jeep should take no more than three to four months.

King: Good, that was the way I am hoping that you will finish my order. What is the cost?

CPO: The cost should be around $2 billion for everything, but that depends on the Research and Development costs of the Military Jeep. What do you want to name it?

King: I am not sure as of yet. I will get back to you with a name.

CPO: OK, Your Highness

King: Good. I expect weekly update reports, am I understood.

CPO: Yes Your Highness, perfectly.

King: Then until next week.

CPO: Good bye.

The Reserve Army of Atlantis has been officially formed today with the blessing of King Mandella. The Reserve Army will be responsible for most domestic duties except in the event of a foreign invasion. The limit has been set at 250,000 soldiers. Once the quota has been met, the recruits will be sent to various training camps for their training. From there, they will specialize into different groups. Government recruiters would be sent to all the corners of Atlantis to start recruiting people for the Reserve Army. The basic training will take a period of six weeks to two months, and time for specialization will vary according to what the reserve soldiers are assigned to.

Semi-classified

Southwest Atlantis, 12:30am
“Keep your gun down, boy, we don’t want them to see us coming” The veteran fighter from Team 777 looked down contemptuously at one of the team’s most inexperienced soldiers. “You newer recruits have it easy. We had to use live fire when we were training, and don’t even get me started on the Team 777 Elite. Those guys are monsters.” The green soldier, trembling a little, said “What are we going to do know? Rush down the hill and catch the Yaza Hajin operatives?” The veteran hit him on the head, whispering loudly “Are you a moron? They would be able to get away, and we would look like a bunch of idiots! How the hell did you even make it on this team?” The soldier refused to answer, but kept watching the house. The veteran, still in his sharp vigil, did not look at the soldier again. The soldier stretched out his arms, yawned, and laid down for a nap. The Yaza Hajin operatives were not due to move for another few hours.

Southwest Atlantis, 3:35am
“Wake up! The enemy operatives are on the move!” The soldier hearing this whisper got up soundlessly. He looked around, wishing that there were more than just the two of them. He pulled out his goggles and put them on, looking down at the scene below. No less than five Yaza Hajin operatives were scurrying around, packing a jeep for their departure. The veteran leaned back, frustrated. “Our intelligence was wrong. There are more than three operatives.” The veteran visibly relaxed. “No matter, it is only two more people. We can take them. Grab this sniper rifle and set it up on the hill. They are filled with tranquilizers, but try not to hit the heart or the brain, that might kill. We want them alive. I will go down there and try to remove as much operatives as I can. If they catch on, shoot the ones you can before they shoot me. Understood?” The soldier looked up at his commander and said “Yes sir, I understand.” The veteran nodded, and turned back to the hill. He turned back to the hill, and started is soundless descent. He pulled out a pistol of his own, one that was silenced. He crept up behind one of the operatives who was standing guard, and grabbed him from behind. He pulled him into a dark corner and brought the gun down on his head, knocking him unconscious. Two more people came to his dark recess, and he lifted his gun, and pointed it at them. He did not even hesitate as he pulled the trigger twice, watching the bodies fall. He dragged the bodies away, just to make sure that no one found them until it was too late. He pulled out his radio and whispered “Boy, it is time to prove that you aren’t completely useless. I could easily tranquilize the last two operatives, but I want to see if you are any good. You are to deal with the last two of them. Now do it!” The soldier looks through the scope of his gun, and aims for the body of the first operative, making sure that it is an easy swing to the second soldier. He was sweating now. If he failed, he could get kicked out of Team 777, even though that was unlikely. He would at least get beaten for his failure. He wiped his face and peered through the scope again. He slowly squeezes the trigger, until a dart leaps out of the barrel, striking the first operative. Not even pausing to check whether the dart hit its mark or not, he swung the gun to point at the other operative, and pulled the trigger. Neither of the enemy operatives knew what hit them. They both slid to the ground, each in its own heap. The soldier rushed down the hill with his gun to meet the veteran. The veteran did not smile, but said “Good work. Help me load these bodies into the jeep, we need to get out of here. The five of them might have some intel that could be useful, I don’t know.” The both of them spent the next few minutes loading the bodies into the jeep, and then driving away. They were headed to one of the nation’s many detention camps, where they would be tortured for information, hopefully to stop the Yaza Hajin once and for all.

New SDI system being introduced - Atlantis Air Annihilator
Primary Function: Surface-to-air missile
Propulsion: Solid propellant rocket motor
and attitude control motors (180 very small solid propellant rocket motors)
Length: 204.7 in (5.2 m)
Diameter: 9.8 in (25 cm)
Wingspan: 20.1 in (51 cm)
Weight: 700 lbs (318 kg)
Speed: Mach 5+
Range: 10.8 nm/12.4 miles (20 km)
Seeker: Ka band active radar seeker
Guidance System: Inertial guidance (INS)
Warhead: "Hit-to-kill" lethality enhancer explosive warhead

The system contributes to the Ballistic Missile Defense System's overall situational awareness for short range terminal ballistic missile threats. It can cue other systems while protecting BMDS assets. The Patriot system is further enhanced by networked BMDS remote sensors supplying early warning data, thus, increasing the probability of successful threat engagement. The PAC-3 units are the combatant commanders' most capable system to protect soldiers, allies, and assets against these threats.

The PAC-3 consists of the PAC-3 missile, the PAC-3 missile canisters (in four packs), a fire solution computer and an Enhanced Launcher Electronics System (ELES). These elements are integrated into Patriot Missile System, a high to medium altitude, long-range air defense missile system providing air defense of ground combat forces and high-value assets. The heart of the Patriot Missile System is the fire control section, which consists of the AN/MPQ-65 Radar Set, the AN/MSQ-104 Engagement Control Station (ECS), the OE-349 Antenna Mast Group (AMG), and the EPP-III Electric Power Plant. The missiles are transported by and launched from the M901 Launching Station (mounted on M860 semi-trailers and towed by the M983 HEMTT Patriot Tractor), which carries up to sixteen PAC-3 missiles.

The task of the AN/MPQ-65 Radar Set (mounted on M860 semi-trailers and towed by the M983 HEMTT Patriot Tractor) is to sweep the sky for enemy threats and determine whether the incoming object is an aircraft, missile, or UAV. The AN/MPQ-65 is a passive electronically scanned array radar.

From the AN/MSQ-104 ECS, a crew of three operators communicate and monitor/prioritize threats. The ECS consists of a shelter mounted on the chassis of the M927 Medium Tactical Vehicle or on the chassis of a Light Medium Tactical Vehicle (LMTV).

The OE-349 AMG is mounted on the chassis of a M927 Medium Tactical Vehicle. It includes four 4 kW antennas in two pairs on remotely controlled masts. The EPP-III Diesel-Electric Power Plant is the power source for the ECS and Radar Set. The EPP consists of two 150 kW diesel engines interconnected with 400 hertz generators. The generators are mounted on a modified M977 HEMTT.

When launched, the PAC-3 missile flies to an intercept point specified prior to launch by its ground-based fire solution computer. Target trajectory data can be updated during flyout by the means of a radio frequency uplink/downlink. Shortly before arrival at the intercept point, the missile's on board Ka band seeker acquires the target, selects the optimal aim point and initiates terminal guidance. The attitude control motors, located in the missile forebody, fire explosively to refine the PAC-3 missile's course to assure direct body-to-body impact.

R&D and distribution will take nine months.

OOC: Thank you Curristan for the system
