Tanzania Federation Peoples Military declares that women are now eligible for Conscript Service Obligation starting immediately. Tanzania Federation Airborne Brigade and Tanzania Special Forces plus the Submarine Arm of the Tanzania Peoples Navy are not yet accepting female recruits at this time.

Classified

Three Women Only Divisions are created. Two divisions would be Armoured Mechanised Divisions and the other would be a Motorised Infantry Division. They would be filled with only women soldiers, a practice which could be spread to other units in an effect to involve women soldiers in combat roles.

11th Armoured Mechanised Division
12th Armoured Mechanised Division
25th Motorised Infantry Division

Meanwhile, the influx of women recruits and/or volunteers into the Tanzania Peoples Army, Tanzania Peoples Air Force and Tanzania Peoples Navy was now under way, although some military personnel which had served since the beginning of the nation's existence were being asked to take early voluntary retirement.

All F-15E Strike Eagle Multi Role Fighters are replaced by the F-15K Slam Eagle Multi Role Fighter. The F-15K variant has several features not typically found on F-15Es, such as an AAS-42 Infra-red search and track, a customized Tactical Electronics Warfare Suite to reduce weight and increase jamming effectiveness, cockpit compatibility with night vision device, ARC-232 U/VHF radio with Fighter Data Link system, and advanced APG-63(V)1 mechanical-scanned array radar. The APG-63(V)1 radar has common digital processing equipment with the APG-63(V)3 AESA radar, and thus is upgradable to an AESA radar via antenna replacement. The F-15K is equipped with the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System.

The two F-15E squadrons currently on operations against the Militaires Sans Frontières in Rwanda and Burundi would receive the new aircraft first.

Tanzania Defence Corporation has began development on the Jericho Anti Personnel Missile. In the launch process, the System first is given a target which it then calculates the distance to. The Missile is then launched, and when it reaches a designated height and distance away from the target, splits into 16 Smaller Cluster Missiles that all hit the target at strategic places, followed by the Main Missile which would strike with pinpoint accuracy to deliver the coup de grace. The Main Warhead is a 200 Pound High Explosive and the each of the Sixteen Cluster Missiles attached inside the casing are 25 Pound High Explosive Sub Munition Warheads.

The main prototype is under construction and after testing will be in front line service in one year.

Security Level Black

With current tests completed, there is to be soon a complete overhaul of the Tanzania Strategic Missile Forces Nuclear Arsenal:

- Decommissioning of the RSD-10 Pioneer Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles in service will begin in approximately six months pending a replacement. The Missiles are to be dismantled for parts and the Uranium fuel.

- Nuclear Warheads on RT-2UTTKh Topol M Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles will be upgraded to Thermonuclear Twenty Megatons after extensive testing which is beginning in nine months time.

- Gravity Tactical Nuclear Device Testing is to continue. Tactical Nuclear Warfare is to be retained as a potential viable tactic and emphasis is to be made on low yield devices under Ten Kilotons in the next year.

These actions are to be expanded and modified in future Directives.

The device exploded, causing a gigantic flash and shock wave as Twenty Megatons of kinetic energy was released in one massive wave. The mushroom cloud formed could be seen for miles, although due to it being a fusion weapon, the radiation output of the blast was at least ten times less than the nuclear attack on the MSF headquarters a week before.

Classified

All probes planted around the blast were vaporised instantly as the heat of the blast reached out of its epicentre. Some data was received from the probes before they were destroyed, but some probes outside the testing area would provide the majority of the test data. The Thermonuclear Age has begun.
