Vice President: (none appointed) In charge of votes and second in command of the Inner Council and in charge of the Time Lord Council. Lord Chancellor: Amy Pond, Third in command of the Inner council in charge of the Time Lord Council when the vise president is unappointed. Sergeant in charge of U.N.I.T: Sergeant Benton Lord Ambassador: Valyes, in charge of all diplomatic needs of the nation. Time Lord Council: a house of 100 members called cardinals that vote on things such as Declarations of War and new laws. All things voted by the Time Lord Council need to be approved by a 2/3 vote of the inner council.
