Triyunican Heavy Systems Port Division had landed advisers on the ground in Tripoli for what would be the beginning of a dual use major container port in the Mediterranean. Heavy systems such as cranes, logistics trains, and other foundations for operating a modern container port were being ordered to be constructed at the various plants they had in the Pearl River Delta, orders were placed for the software to maintain a large RFID based logistical data center and tracking system for the port. Meanwhile fleet moorings and civilian moorings were beginning to have the initial construction preparations laid for them.

Additionally advanced sea and air sensor system sites were beginning to be drawn up outside the city for command and control data both commercial and military could be monitored.

NBC counter proliferation systems were also beginning to be designed for the port.

MoG[Corp] engineers and other assorted employees were sent to shadow and assist the Triyunican Heavy Systems workers, attempting to learn everything they could from the more advanced company, and providing manpower where ever needed.
