  1. I'll let TAB government continue this as they were the ones in the conversation with MD and would know more about it then me. TAB considers BTA history to be intertwined with its own as the latter became the former. That is the most logical explanation *edit: that I can think of* in a nutshell.
  2. In this particular case, yes, it was aggressive of MD to create this alliance. In talks between gov and MD, it was asked if he could change the name somehow so it wasn't Blue Turtle Alliance. I forget the exact example, but even Alliance of the Blue Turtles would have been fine. MD ignored this, knowing full well what could happen. To put it simply, no.
  3. OK, so we escalated it. MD is still the aggressor.
  4. I would think you can do it without being rude, however. Yes. He knew that no TAB leader liked it and went ahead with the plan anyways. So, yes, I believe he is the aggressor here. You lost me here. You obviously don't know my opinion here, or can't differentiate mine from my alliance's.
  5. To be honest, I have a hard time know who the aggressor is. From what I do know, technically speaking, MD is the aggressor. Was he in the right or wrong? Once again, I don't know, but I think he is indeed the aggressor.
  6. Well, excuse me. Having a bad night, are you? As for who is the aggressor, I have a slight inclination that MD is the aggressor here. He was told several times by TAB leadership that they did not like this, and he still went through with it. And who's right and who's wrong? Who can say. It will be debated back and forth and we may never know.
  7. Okay, you still said, "you guys." It is an informal way of speaking for a group. As I said before, it would be better if you said, "TAB," instead. By saying that, you would express the idea of the leadership.
  8. First, please do not say, "you guys" when referring to TAB. Just say TAB. There are some in TAB who may recognize the sovereignty of BTA. TAB, as the alliance, doesn't. Thank you. Second, all leaders of TAB have said no to war.
  9. And who, so far, has given an indication that war will occur? From what I have seen, this will not happen and it will end up everyone hating everyone and doing nothing about it.
  10. Now, Starfox. I can simply not believe you are saying this. Sorum not once called for war. On the contrary, he called for a peaceful resolution. Even Commander John called for no war. Do better than a "No u."
  11. So not even Foreign Affairs was told of this? I guess that scent of spur of the moment feeling was indeed so.
  12. Woah, 125K in a day. That is something to be proud of. Here are hopes you do well. (And if anyone of you think this is sarcasm, it's not. )
  13. Then the OP misled me into believing it was only he and MD who were friends. And when you say "I have no problem with you except for you trying to get rid of BTA," can you please clarify who "you" is? If the sole reason is more or less, then it isn't sole. There are other reasons why would would join the fray. PR would be one such example. Once again, the OP misled me. As for accepting the treaty, what has your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Did they approve this treaty, as per your charter? And even if you and FIRE's leaders approve of this treaty, shouldn't membership at least get a look. As this looks to have been done quickly, I assume little was given to membership. Wait, I helped create this, didn't I... AH! The repercussions.
  14. Bandwagoning doesn't always have to be related to the winning side. It can just as much be related to the losing side.
  15. FIRE's only relation to BTA is through a friendship of one person, their leader, and not thoroughly looked over. The decision presented in the OP has the scent of a spur of the moment feeling. If this was done during war, this act would be considered bandwagoning. Edit: I take this post as evidence.
  16. I have always considered it getting into something that has no matter to you. Correct?
  17. I had high hopes for FIRE, but I don't like those who bandwagon.
  18. Well, boy, this sure is fun. After looking over this discussion, never before have I felt to be in such drama. It is exhilarating, to be sure. However, I do hope everything goes well for everybody concerned.
  19. As a member of TAB, I see problems do exist. I hope that all problems are solved smoothly so we both can move forward.

  21. Yes, people can. Eternal war drains morale. When morale is drained completely, the alliance falls apart. This is not true for all alliances, like FAN, but alliance can still be forced to disband.
  22. I'm all for the terms presented by Karma presently, and as I said before, I wouldn't mind if they were higher, but to give permanent ZI to the entire alliance is too much. There is no crime that warrants such an abuse of power. I'm sorry for what they did to you, but you take it too far.
  23. So I can earn your respect, but there is no way to actually do it as no criteria is set. Is that possible? Where did I come in here and demand others to conform? If I remember correctly, you are the one who started the whole respect argument. And just to say, I never said I wasn't arrogant. I accept it as a bad trait and try my best to not be so arrogant. Alas, it is hard to do. Edit: Arrogance paves a way of war. It is what brings about a sense of superiority. When superiority floods the mind, then that person will do whatever it takes for his or her wishes of goodness to come true.
  24. I simply know it when I see it. And I see you as small. Not in terms of importance or ability (they have nothing to do with it), but in terms of your soul. So then, how are those people you mentioned worth more as individuals than me?
