BotS has been dicks for some time now to a lot of people. Anybody that pulls this much crap and doesn't know how to resolve conflicts, NpO should cut loose.

My guess is that right now the Ministry of Truth is working hard on a way of telling us how the defense part of their defense pact with BoTS doesn't apply. Of course, one must assume that the dozens of people who have put their trust in Polaris via treaty are watching closely.

It's okay, NpO won't defend them because ES thinks BoTS and all of his other allies are "nobodies" and "parasites".
The great thing about having 9001 MDPs is that while you can call them all in if you're hit, you can always toss one or two aside if it would drag you into an unwinnable war.

Bilrow, if you honest want peace, then make peace. Agree to the GOONS terms and be done with this. We both know that the terms will not get better as time goes on, they will get worse. Remember, it was your insistence on defending a single member that couldn't seem to keep his AA straight that put you in this position.
The not so subtle appeal for Planet Bob support here speaks to me that you aren't so much interested in avoiding conflict as positioning yourself for it.

I meant that if you are a Polar and you support the MK = LUE nonsense, then you better leave your alliance or put a lot of pressure on your alliance so it's stops supporting the top Pacifican (Moo) who has clearly stated MK is not LUE but rather a valued ally of the Order. Sorry if I was not clear. That's not the issue here though.
I was pointing out that GGA and allies are not acting as if they want peace. To simply come back with "Well you're doing it too!" doesn't support your position and in fact further strengthens mine.

Nothing says "Call for peace" like:
-Dragging out private talks into the public sphere
-Insulting close allies
Also what's with all the people from the Orders calling MK LUE2 (2.0)? If you believe that, you're in the wrong alliance as your emperor (Who's word is law and truth) says otherwise or in the case of Polar the Emperor which you recognize as the top Pacifican.

For "friendly concern", you lot of GOONS sure seem to have a pretty unfriendly attitude towards the Order.
I also laugh at the fact that GOONS seems so troubled by the forgiveness between NpO and GATO, whilst GOONS runs wild signing treaties with former AEGIS alliances such as CDS and LUE- I meant MK.
Please tell me you have a newsletter...

From reading the history of CN it's clear that improving relations with GATO always has good results.

I love the posts by GOONS and MK denying this theory as much as possible, this only furthers my beliefs that there is a war imminent.
My theory is that war was going to happen tonight at update, but now all parties will agree to everlasting peace since you being right would be a shame to Planet Bob.

Since most people will just say "wtf no such war will happen!" I think I don't need to add my voice to that choir.
Instead I'll point out that an analysis of a war based only on NS fails very, very hard. Things like real activity (How many people you can get to attack within short notice) and military organization count for much, much more.
Honestly, if such a war happens as you describe it the result would be a very one sided affair. Not all NS is created equal.

I have worked around the leadership of BAPS and GOONS at this point that were trying to goad this situation. The individual who attacked the GGA member has agreed to stand down. Too bad his leadership weren't so willing to work out things diplomatically.
It's generally considered an insult to sovereignty and all around bad diplomacy to work around the leadership and go directly to the citizens after you've had a reply from the leadership. Especially after making it public like this.
Oh well, it's up to the proper leaders to reply to this as they see fit.

At this point, I'd like to suggest that BAPS, GOONS, and GGA leadership take it to PRIVATE CHANNELS FTW.
I suspect the point of this whole disaster, in which GGA is clearly in the wrong (As you and others have skillfully argued) is for the GGA to show they still have some bite. Lets face it, everyone thinks the GGA can only fight by dragging their allies into war with them.
If GGA leadership is able to display their manhood but avoid war at the last second, they can spin it to counter that perception. I guess they better pray the Unjust leadership doesn't feel like bringing one of those rare moments to Planet Bob in which leaders of major alliances are actually held accountable for their words.

I take it by gutter ball you mean nothing will come of this. Correct me if I put words in your mouth.
If this is the case, which seems very likely, I must say UJP is really spreading peace. Even leaders that once would never give an inch like Bilrow and Emperor Sponge now bend over backwards to secure peace. The Unjust are the peace envoys of our time.
