I am pretty sure ingame warn levels were there for good. And yes. My warn level went DOWN and i am reporting it as a bug.

Recently i was 33% warn level ingame. i logged in today and noticed i had a warn level of 0%. i thought the rules stated ingame warings could not be reduced.
