The Governments of Their Excellencies Janax of Argent and Atlashill of Invicta are pleased to announce the following Peace, Intelligence and Aid Treaty:
Article 1 - Civil Member Relations/Respect
Both alliances and their respective members shall remain civil to each other at all times, especially in public forums.
Article 2 - Hostile Military Action and Espionage
Both Argent and Invicta must maintain a state of peace with each other. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to 1.0 times the total damages inflicted. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the level of attacks received. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace and agree on terms of reparations they will be declared a rogue and will no longer be offered the protection of either alliance.
Neither signatory alliance will engage in or endorse espionage against the other.
Neither signatory alliance will engage in the use of sanctions against member nations of the other signatory alliance without permission from that signatory's government.
Article 3 - Notification of Threat/Intelligence
If either signatory alliance receives information concerning a direct threat to the other, the receiving alliance will notify the other signatory and provide the relevant information. The source of said information may be left undisclosed. The signatories are encouraged to share other information which is relevant to the security of either alliance.
Article 4 - Termination
Either signatory may terminate this pact at any time; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 72 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated any article of this treaty.

Protectorate Suspended
His Excellency's Government is unhappy to announce that, as a result of recent actions by Memento Mori's leader, Sprout, Invicta can no longer in good conscience support a protectorate with that alliance. Acting on my authority as Vice President of Invicta, I do therefore suspend Invicta's protectorate with Memento Mori, effective immediately. This decision will stand pending a final determination as to the future of Invicta's relationship with Memento Mori by Invicta's president, Atlashill of Kansouri.

These numbers demonstrate why it is in BLEU's best interests to end this war now, before any further damage is done. There is no reason to completely destroy nations and alliances that people have worked long and hard to build.

Mere words are not enough to express the pride His Excellency's Government feels in each and every member of the glorious Invicta alliance and it's honored Coalition allies on this night. The call to service – the call to fight for your alliances – went out, and it was answered with enthusiasm. You have demonstrated the true spirit of the UNDEFEATED.
The so-called "Sons of Liberty in Defiance" have shown their true mettle, and it is a lot less SOLID than they may have hoped. The light of Hyperion shone none too brightly. BLEU blew.
Our first wave reigned hell down upon them. Their rivers run red with blood – at least where they are not choked by the bodies of their dead. Their land is laid waste and their people flee in terror.
But be warned, noble friends: This war is far from over. Even as we speak, our enemies plot against us. A counterattack could come at any time. Your fight continues. Never doubt that your service is honorable, your cause just. When this conflict is over, there will emerge nothing less than a New Bob Order, and the Coalition allies will stand proudly among its leaders.
Will there be losses? Possibly. But even in the face of adversity, I am confident that the spirit of these great alliances will triumph. We will fight them any time, on any field of battle, and we will be VICTORIOUS! Because we are UNWAVERING!
We are UNCOMPROMISING!

Dawny, I've been sitting in front of the computer trying to think what I was going to write for the past fifteen minutes. Just staring at the blank page. I new this day was coming, but still that doesn't make it any easier now that it's here.
I remember when I first came to Invicta last September. You didn't know me from Adam, but you took the time to listen to my ideas, and even acted on some of them. Since then I've gotten to know you better, and I have found you to be a smart, compassionate, and supremely moral person. I am proud to be a part of your alliance, and I am happy to call you my friend.
Invicta has grand goals, and it is because of the strong foundation that you have built that we will achieve those goals. No matter where the road takes us, we will always strive to be faithful to the guiding principles that you have set. Our motto will ever be "WWDD" – What Would Dawny Do?
I'm not going to wish you good luck in your new endeavors. Not because I don't want you to succeed, but because that kind of thing is what people do when they're never going to see or speak to each other again. And I fully expect to be chatting with you on IRC, on MS Messenger, on the phone, and (hopefully soon) in person for a long time to come!
So congratulations on a job well done, and know always that Invicta loves you, and I love you.
