    Of course they're going to try and blame us so they can use it to down declare us, makes me wonder if they planted sgt stryker and made sure his IRS attack would be exposed.

     

    I know Avengers like to pretend they're amateurs but its not unusual for alliances to get rogues in their alliances but to blame the entire alliance for this persons actions is just ridiculous so don't even try and use it against us. Prior to Kaboom getting IRS'd, we've never used these tactics but we will defend and counter against any and all attacks.

     

    The retaliation IRS attacks against Kaboom leads us to believe, the Avengers are in fact responsible for all of the IRS attacks.

    Do you really think we need an excuse to roll you?

    So basically you claim DT makes all assumptions about everything which you literally just did the same thing. If you knew anything I try and run one of the most honest alliances in the game. I also had no idea of anything that had happened. DT told me being the leader to have it brought to your leaderships attention but they went ahead sending me a message bad mouthing me about something I have no idea about and threatening us without even talking about things. Seems to me a bunch of assumptions with no facts backing anything up. Also your leadership ignored my message of having no idea of anything and then spy oped me so shut yo trap fool you know nothing and stop trying to reverse everything

    "So basically" is a preface to setting up a caricature of a post. Do you know what an assumption is? An assumption is "Misfits IRS opd us". An inference is "here is the evidence we have, and Misfits is the most logical conclusion." My five points are completely factual, and led us to the conclusion stated above. We may be wrong, and we may be right. As for you not having any idea of what's going on, I do not doubt that. Based on your emotional reactions to getting attacked and most of your posts on the OWF, you are both an emotional decision maker and manipulated by these emotions (not a personal attack or fact, just my opinion of the way you seem to play the game and conduct yourself). It is likely you are being manipulated and blinded by these emotions you exhibit in most of your posts.

    The topic and content of this post is rather ironic. No PMs were sent to Avengers government members once you saw the IRS attack by one of your members. The nature of an alliance dictates all nations facing the consequences of one. At least two Avengers nations have been taking IRS ops per day by a rogue since the day after TE opened. We identified the rogue nation, but since it did not have any connections with any alliance or ruler, we did not take action. Upon receiving another spy operation on one of the few Avengers nations who had yet to been IRS spy opd by a Misfits nation (are we to assume the Misfits nation blindly guessed in the nation they targeted and succeeded in finding one yet to be IRS opd?), we committed to take action. Since the nation was caught, the logical action for a person directing the rogues would be to cover their tracks by kicking the nation out and sending PMs to post on the OWF. While we did not have conclusive evidence, we had cause to resort to similar tactics against the alliance by far most likely to have direct the attacks. 

     

    Here is a summary of the evidence we had and which caused us to take action:

     

    1. We have received IRS spy attacks all round long on our veteran nations.

    2. We received an IRS attack from a nation in the Misfits AA. This spy attack was directed at one of the five veteran Avengers nations who had yet to have their IRS sabotaged. The probability of this nation being chose at chance is low. 

    3. No one messaged us with an apology or explanation

    4. yung flow (the leader of the Misfits alliance) has repeatedly described himself as a "flag-runner" hunter, and the majority of his posts have been attacks and insults thrown at our AA and its members.

    5. DT, another vocal Avengers hater, has displayed an obsession with The Avengers for months on end, and has often encouraged others to "resort to the underhanded tactics" Avengers nations use.

     

    The first three points alone are enough for us to take action. The most important thing to take away from this, in my opinion, is that spy attacks should be disabled until nations can go to war. This prevents situations such as these and takes away the possibility of nations being created before the first tax collection with the sole purpose of performing mass IRS ops on an alliance.

    The Misfits had less NS than Tastes Like Chicken. They are a very relevant and important alliance. I only wish we could have seen the relevant and important target list. If any spies have relevant and important information, please message Tim, the head of our Rogue & Spy department. He will make you nearly as relevant and important as the OWF.

    You've concentrated a group of active players that donate/use temps so it isn't surprising to see your success combined with all the BS you pull. Do it without all the BS like hitting alliances you have almost double the ANS on such as your first war with TPC. Do it without getting another alliance to fight for you after you've been declared on with similar odds. You can pretend these tactics are good in every bodies book but you'd only be lying to yourself.
     
    Make efforts to keep the wars as fair as possible and you may actually earn some respect from TE vets and I'm not talking about those noobs in the Avengers cheer squad.
     
    Also, you bought the WRC wonders early because you're not the flag runners, you're the muscle whose job is to destroy or stall your enemies. Don't try and school people on the owf with non-sense, some of us do know how this game works.
     
    The Avenger that had the best chance at peak NS was Langley aka Stevie but he was rolled before he could finish it but i don't think he had it anyway with Limits coming in out of nowhere so probably gave in. Adamah was your #1 for peak infra but again was hit before he could make his push. The Avenger that did win it only got it because he had more days to collect, which is why i think these war games worked in his favor as there may have been a chance that he would have been hit before the extra days, he also got lucky that Cowboy and co were late to fire their nukes.
     
    These false war games held up multiple alliances for days waiting for it to start which is why i wouldn't be surprised it was delayed for this reason, to primarily help keep others off the Avengers while they scrabbled to secure flags and the TL never had Avengers yet but involved alliances that declined or never answered the call. Your defense is that D1, WD and TPC were fighting Avengers but it was a very limited number at the time the TL was sent out.

    You think we care a lot more about flags than we do. If I cared so much about flags, Last Squirrel, Limits, and fata1ity would have been hit as soon as I collected. I'm also not sure what TE vets's respect I want but am missing. I like flags, but I like the most casualties in the history of TE much more. How many alliance records didn't we break this round?

    I started playing TE this round, any tips on how I can get loads of casualties? Do I go to war straight away or do I wait until Im bigger so I have more people to sacrifice for the greater good?

    Ping me on IRC and we can talk some time. It's better to get a lot of infrastructure and then fight several active people at once. Getting nuked with 40-60k soldiers does wonders for your casualty count.

    Again I just ignored everything here sorry. As much as I love the drama i'm enjoying my war far more. Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Michael the Narwhal for taking my last slot. Thank you buddy!

     

    And to take the opportunity thank all of you guys for a fantastic round. I have more casualties now than I do on SE (lol) and hopefully this amazing fight will keep going all the way until the end. Fought some fantastic people this round (love that most people are willing to be chill and engage in some friendly banter over some burning pixels) and worked alongside some others, some of whom have become quite good friends (Das <3).  

     

    See you all next round after what I am sure is a much needed cool down for all of us - and a chance to catch up on missed sleep!

    Being prearranged in a war and not knowing or participating in it? Yeah I think I should have some questioning rights. Of course you don't have to complain your too busy down declaring for days.

    You did not answer my question, asked yourself one instead, and then brought up something irrelevant and wholly inaccurate.
