Also, I see that an Avengers guy came over to join our war.
Speaking for myself, I'm willing to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think TPC will tolerate any shenanigans from anyone--Avengers or otherwise.
As Cazaric stated, grovecedar is not an Avengers member. He joined TA on his own accord without messaging any of us. I masked him as one fighting alongside us, and he returned home as soon as he saw his alliance needed him.

The first thing I did when I registered was block her posts, give it a try. It immediately made the OWF a better place. There's no reason to read them, I'm sure you could take one of her posts from a thread two rounds ago and it's all the same thing. I bet she doesn't even write new stuff, just copy pastes the old. It's all the same drivel.
I remember some posts made by Avengers at the time, but I'm too lazy to look. Can I get confirmation that before each of your wars started this round, "someone" did econ spy ops on you guys? Even before the wars started? That's pretty pathetic.

We had 40-50 reported ops done before our first war with D1 and WDs, at least 10 during, and 5-10 before our war with TPC.

The facts are you complained and said you'd quit over your first real war, you made it sound like you got rolled. I don't class a rolling as getting completely destroyed, far from it. I never said you got rolled by TPC, because you didn't, that was obvious. You fought far better and against greater odds, everyone knows you have the best coordinated war alliance and you proved that once again.
We know how close you's are with TDO just by observing the trade circles alone in our intel reports and you're trying to pretend WD/D1/TPC have a block. Its more like Avengers/TDO have a block but keep pretending you'll fight each other and i don't need to grasp manipulated and bias BS coming from anyone on your side.
Go back to those threads and show me that i was the person who FIRST bought up these previous wars.
First real war? Lol, get out. My statement about quitting was not about getting hit, by the way. It's about the community, the hate filled messages I have received, and all the rogues.

And here we have another TDO that feels extremely bitter about the Avenegrs getting rolled for the first time ever. Its almost as if you's are in there as well, I don't see anyone else caring.
Alliances get rolled all the time but as soon as Avengers actually have to fight a real challenge for once without having the major advantages they're use too, they complain and told everyone they wold rage quit and you're calling WD/D1 flag runners? D1 have one nation that is capable of winning flags who i already know doesn't consider that priority. WD's might have flag chasers but none that are capable, this is just an excuse your using to justify your own down declare.
I like the irrelevant stats you're showing for the D1/WD vsTDO war.
This thread isn't for any other war, if you had something to say you should have said it there and then.
There are no blocs, only alliance coming together to help keep the playing field equal.
To paraphrase the great DT: I know many people who feel strongly against xyz, they just don't come on the owf.
Also, we never got "rolled". We handled ourselves with D1 and WDs without blowing too much cash, and then stayed even with TPC. We may have actually out-damaged them. You're also completely missing Blacklight's point. Come back when you grasp it.
Finally, I think it's kind of ironic that you're reprimanding a person bringing up another war in a thread which isn't about that war. I think you've either brought up a past Avengers war or implied our past "underhanded tactics" in nearly every thread.

No, we don't order and ask other alliances to attack. That would be your "coalition". You still have much more NS than TDO and are winning this war, so there really isn't anything to complain about.Yo young blood, TDO first war was a welcome how-ever we did have a major war already and fell short of being able to reach nukes. Declaring on a us was good but bad for your near future, you have three AA's who havent warred yet. They arent buying nukes they are reaching higher untouchable levels. But in reality I know you didnt pick this battle. Top Gear at least you handed over your AA to AoW. If you guys were still split, neither FF or AoW would be much to worry about. So congrats on knowing your own strenght.
Just annoyed D1, TPC and WD's (only) together keeping TE a level playing field. TDO finds us a threat so they hit us not OP and CIT. Op is famous for sitting on the side lines and its because they are smaller AA, but CIT I cant figure out their objectives beside building. -
If you have watched TDO, believe their alliance is dirty, and have evidence, report them in the appropriate forum. If you don't, stop the cryptic insinuations and slander.Unfortunately I can't because I would find myself banned. To say the least your government isn't playing an honest game.

We know what this is all about, and we know TDO are your lap dogs. If you's want to play this game then so be it.
I echo what Tim said, and I'm not quite sure how an alliance with triple our NS is a "lap dog" either.

The Avengers and TPC have agreed on peace when the original wars expire. This means no attacks should take place on or after the calender date 5/2.
Ever since TPC declared on us in our very first round for our very first war, we have had a heated rivalry filled with nukes, spy operations, and flag competitions galore. We have never been friendly, though secret, I believe we have often given one another a goal or challenge to play for. Accusations may be flung from both sides about fairness and past actions, but I hope this war, in which the tables were turned and The Avengers had their backs against the wall, has helped bury some of the bad feelings some of us have shared for one another.
I have nothing but respect for the skills and tenacity of TPC. While I'm sure we may meet on the battlefield again, I hope some day we can change things up for once and fight together. Thanks for a great war, you guys killed us.

I don't know where you're getting this bias from. You're pulling the same crap as OP/WD's did with constant down declares while avoiding stronger alliances, combining strong alliances with weaker/newbie alliances to make numbers look even, alliance hoping when wars look too tough, etc.
DD and WH know all about it and they both also made many complaints about it, and now they're the ones using the very same tactics they were once upon a time against those using it.
"TE isn't about fairness" Obviously for Avengers it isn't. Most alliances do make efforts to keep wars as fair as possible, clearly Avengers are not one of them.There is quite a difference between trying to make a war appear fair than wars actually being fair. People rarely, if ever, attack when they do not have a skill or statistical advantage. As to your other point, I won't argue with you. Several of us have admitted being wrong about something or apologizing for a past action in the past; you do not admit being wrong or having a bias even when it is clear to third parties. There is no point in arguing with someone whose conclusions were made hundreds of days ago.

When your beef was with Paul, you saw our actions as right and acceptable. You never voiced a problem and were usual a vocal supporter alongside Stevie, Secret, and myself. After we split due to a problem that has been hashed over before, you suddenly began to see everything we did in past, present, and future (ironically) as wrong and unjust. TE isn't about fairness, and TE isn't about what happened a year and a half ago.

Two or three flag runners getting hit (from what I've been told) is quite different than a whole alliance, but you can keep telling yourself whatever you'd like. No one likes to lose, and since no one could beat us without forming a huge coalition, I recognize why you're doing what you're doing. I'm not complaining, I just find it funny that D1 disguised there war as "friendly" and you're acting like these tactics are similar to the ones we've used in the past. If you think we've played dirty in the past, I don't think you realize our potential.

TPC has much more cash than our nations. They didn't just get done with being hit with double the NS and taking over a hundred dirty econ ops. If you understood our posts, it has nothing to do with War Doves and D1. They were fun to war with, and being "defeated" is pretty subjective. I told most people in the alliance to hold back, because we expect to be hit again. Do you think I couldn't have told everyone to pull a defcon 1 and buy a punch of tech, always keep full air, and statistically win this war? I could have, but it's a marathon, not a footrace. I'm also not rage quitting. I can show you Skype screenshots of me telling Tim I didn't have much motivation to play anymore, if you really want. This round, the outspoken members of the community, getting rogued and people being unable to get over old grudges have pushed me away, and RL has gotten much busier.But seriously just grow up Avengers, spitting the dummy and quitting over a game is something I'd expect from toddlers. The truth is you're more mad because you're going to find it hard to dominate everything and everyone like you've been doing since your founding. You don't want to play if you're going to be the same strength as everyone else and can't roll everyone when you want too which is why i always said you don't play TE to help keep the game balanced and fair, you just want to dominate everyone that gets in the way of your flags and records.
No one should feel pity for you because you never gave anyone else this compassion when you rolled over alliances without any offers of early peace and i know you asked D1/WDs for an early peace and they've agreed and they first offered peace to you's in their DoW, would you have done the same? There are those of us who do try hard to keep the teams balanced and fair, perhaps you should leave the SE mind set in SE and start playing TE the way its always been played otherwise you're allowed to leave, that is up to you but you're also allowed to stay.
We will go on regardless of your decisions and continue to try our best in bringing back fairness and fun into TE but also to all those you've been doing a good job at denying it too.
Ironically, you are the one with the SE mindset. In SE, people continuously hold grudges (if grudges doesn't scream DT, I don't know what does). Each round, you are fixated on the past and hold such a strong bias against us. In SE, people make coalitions to take down a single alliance. In TE, the goal is to get rid of those grudges and have each round be a new slate. But I'm sure you'll retort with something about quitting because I can't win.
Edit: Oh, and we've never denied an alliance peace when they've asked for it. Just because we don't post it on the oef doesn't mean we offer it. -
I can't believe people are so stubborn and shortsighted as to see this as a question of winning and losing. We are and will be the best AA this round. I don't really have a doubt about that. If you read my original post, you would see it as so much more than that.

Do you expect us to exert ourselves when we fully expect to be jumped as soon as we're done fighting D1 and War Doves? Other alliances have the luxury of liberally spending money on military because they'll be able to have a break for a couple of weeks before they go at it. With such a big target on our backs, we cannot do the same. We also cannot recover in the same way. It also appears pretty clear we'll be receiving rogue spy attacks for the majority, if not all of the round. Other alliances may have taken an attack here or there, especially their flag running, but we've taken over 50 economic spy ops in just 10 days of TE. We have some nations who can recover from getting IRS'd twice, then attacked, then two or three destroy money operations.
On a personal note, this will be my last round playing TE. I have accomplished all I've wanted to accomplish, both individually and in a leadership position. We will probably lose this war statistically, but in three rounds, we have not lost a single war. I believe this is unprecedented, though I may be wrong. It has been incredibly fun dominating alongside some of my best friends. However, receiving such strong hate as well as mass rogue attacking drives people away from a community. This round, I invited several friends who had not played TE before to join us, and they couldn't get to day 5 without feeling the hate-filled grudges past players and alliances still hold. I always told myself if I wouldn't suggest an alliance or game to a friend, I would not play in the game or alliance myself. In the past, I could tell a newcomer: Join me! I will help you build, introduce you to some great people, and watch you flourish in war. While I may be able to still say these things, I would also be required to add: You will be receive every disadvantage the game has to offer. You will be rogue attacked, you will get attacked more than any other players in the game, and if you ever choose to interact on the forums, you will find hatred stronger than that you've ever faced in SE, or possibly, RL, just because of the other players you are affiliated with.
I am sure this will be seen as reaping what I've sown by some, but for those people, my words will be interpreted to fit the assumptions and biases you hold. Thank you to all who made TE fun for me, especially StevieG, Tim, and DD for being such great people to lead with.

Excellent temp traders definitely play a large role in our success. It would be much easier if we had three or four nations who were temped and all other nations sit in 3BRs. Several alliances do that. D1, Misfits, and TPC are examples of this method. What The Avengers have done to revolutionize the game is have our own nations (such as myself) be the temp traders for collections yet still build along with everyone else.I miss getting burned by Samwise. ^_^

You still have no proof to back up your claims and I'm the last person Avengers need to worrying about.
You definitely have a lot of interest in Avengers than just being their friends, I wonder what it is.
Its interesting to see how so many Avengers are able to temp trade. You guys clearly are running the most advanced and efficient temp trade program I've ever seen. Temps seem to be just as active as your members. It really is impressive. -
I've had two RL friends make temps and start playing CN because they found the game interesting. As for donation selling, I don't think that will ever change. What makes it different from using a TE prize is money goes to the game and allows for upkeep and other inprovements, which is something I will never conplain about.

As for the wars, they are going well. DT and several other members have done a great job coordinating.
But I don't want to make this an Avengers thread; that happens far too often. Enjoy the fight-- let's see how close you can come to catching me in casualties!
