Here are the some stats a day and a half after the DoW. So far, TPC nations have lost an average of 1,944 NS, and NDO/MCG nations have lost an average of 503 NS. 12 TPC nations have been nuked, 5 NDO nation have been nuked, and 1 MCG nation has been nuked. Below are the updated stats, taken 36 hours after the war began, in the same format as King James' original post. We were shorthanded tonight. I forgot to take screenshots, but it looked pretty damn even. You guys have higher infra and avg. strength, while we have more tech. I have no complaints about fairness. If anything, you guys up declared by including Marvel. EDIT: Just saw KJ's DoW now. Thanks for the stats!

To be fair, I saw someone declare on Rash and declared back in a few seconds. So who's technically the aggressor? :p

I got the same exact message when I attempted to spy them as well. So unless you're stalking me AND he's stalking you, this is definitely a bug.

It's about quality, not quantity. For what it's worth, I greatly respect you as a nation builder and fighter. However, I don't see why you consistently fail to grasp the situation with Hellas. Our action given the information we had, as well as Hellas posting a formal DoW, left us in a position where "bullying", as you call it, was unavoidable.

Every comment you make on the OWF is laughable.

O Megas, why are you acting like turtling is your choice and a war tactic? Your WC is under 500k and if you're not in bill lock, you will be soon. It is not a "war tactic". Rather, it is all you can do because of poor nation building. Pure and simple.

They weren't wars, they were XP raids, as I have repeatedly explained to you on IRC, Alexander O Megas. If peace is sent immediately after attacks, it's not a full fledged war. If I wanted to war against you, I would have hit you right before update, sent you into anarchy, and hit you with AC four times.
