Providing my point. There is no alliance. Its a bunch of nations acting alone. There is no support and no coordination. Your charter makes your alliance out to be an alliance of warrior who cause havoc. Instead, you are nothing more than pickings for raider. Hell, the attack against me helped me rebuild. Ive gotten over 4mil from him already. Your alliance invited me due to my raiding. Well, I haven't been in anarchy in almost a year. I have taken on alliances by my self. Your members claim to be raider experts, but you do and teach your members to do all the wrong things. Raider 101.

so this is how you treat anyone who doesn't want to be in constant anarchy? Conducting fruitless raids? By sending a newbie to attack me? And I never said I was a hippie ever. Your alliance talks of raids and all this stuff, and your military prowess, but its seems the wars you fight are more an exercise in growing the enemy. You attack with no real chance of victory. You end up giving the enemy free aid in the form of abandoned equipment. Then tell your members to hang in there. Meanwhile, almost no enemy nation is sent into anarchy. They go along, while half of your alliance is combat ineffective. They invited me because I was a raider. But to be a raider you need to benifit from the raid.

Peace is your to take at any time. I have sent peace. aNiMaLz roped me into their alliance and lack of research led me to walk into an alliance war that has no good end on their end. They are also irrational and hypocrites. They send their member into battle and start wars while staying in peace mode themselves. And they expect us to fight a war of attrition in "defense" of their alliance. But they don't have the infrastructure to keep their nations aided up.

We call on all who wish to leave war behind them to join. Our Charter Article 1 Government The Supreme leader of The Great Trading Empire is the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister shall appoint the following cabinet ministers: Minister of Trade:Duty to facilitate trade among the nations Minister of Defense:Duty to ensure the protection of member nations Minister of Justice:Duty to ensure enforcement of this charter Minister of Recruitment:Duty to grow the empire through recruitment Article 2 Membership The Prime Minister shall be responsible for approval of all new members. All members must be in good standing. A member is in good standing if fhey have not violated provisions of the carter and have met all trade obligations. Article 3 Aid The Minister of Trade shall determine if aid is warranted. Any member or nonmember nation may request aid for rebuilding of their nation. The nation must be rebuilding from a war of self-defense. Also, no aid shall be given that shall be construed as supporting an alliance war. Article 4 Minister of Justice The Minister of Justice shall be responsible for enforcement of this charter. The Minister may issue a warrant of member removal that shall be approved by the Prime Minister, to any nation deemed in violation of this charter. Any member nation can request an investigation into possible violations of this charter. A majority of member nations may appoint a special prosecutor in cases where if is determined that violations of this charter are not being investigated or if the Prime Minister or Minister of Justice are suspected to be violating the charter. Article 5 War The Minister of Defense is responsible for the defense of the empire. No nation is to wage war without a formal declaration of war issued by the Minister of Defense and approved by the Prime Minister. This article does not prevent a nation attacked by another nation to continue a war in defense of their nation. No declaration of war may be issued against alliances except in defense and no declaration of war may be issued to i initiate an aggressive war or war in defense of other alliances. Article 6 All warrants and declarations shall be made available in the alliance announcement for all members to see. By being a member all nations agree to the above charter.
