Madagascar opens it's ports and diplomatic channels to the Indian continent

Madagascar Department of Defense would like to negotiate for 2 of the Redoubtable class submarine, as well as for use, maintenence, and technical training.

Bear Island's Nation of The Bear would find itself with a significant influx of Madagascar Tourists. These citizens, practicing for the upcoming AFIS World Cup, and now with disposable income that they hadn't had before, would pay exorbitant amounts of money for the completely free events.
Money, that would be earned back later. For as is now common knowledge, Madagascar has a significant North American and European immigrant population. Significant enough that Republik tourists would bring some of their own genuine American Culture, to share with Bear Island's Nation of The Bear. These tourists would re-collect cash that they paid, collecting from Bear citizen party-goers to view:

Genuine American Mid-west cuisine
And the most advanced of American medical practices

Bumped for bumping. Also, I CAN register a singular Russian team, though if you'd like, seeing as your nation is a collection of countries, there can be a team for each participating nation. It's your choice.

The special Congressional Committee on boosting Madagascar's global presence officially sends a letter to all nations, requesting recognition, assistance, and participation in restoring, for the international stage, the AFIS organization (Association of Football for International Squads).
In the letter, the committee proposes the following:
- The new AFIS will be based in Madagascar, a globally neutral power.
- Each participant within the organization will get one representative, to work at a new Headquarters in downtown Antananarivo
- The first official Tourney will be held in Madagascar, with a possible voting scheme to allow the tourney to travel around the world.
Responses to the petition will be accepted, and representatives of all nations will be welcome to air any questions, concerns, or comments before the Congressional Committee in Antananarivo.

Hello CNRP! For those of you who don't remember me, I am Lord Frost (now Jarl Frost, nearly a year back from my ban). Way back, and I mean WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back (like, 2007-2010?), there were regular sports tournaments. Botha (and later smh), each had their own Football tournaments, and an old friend ran a Gridiron tournament.
Well, as I type here, I am currently downloading and installing FIFA '14, for the sole purpose of once again starting up the Association of Football for International Squads: AFIS.
That's right folks, we are getting our own tourney again!!!!!
Rules for signing up: I don't have any. I'll start an RP thread soon enough. For now, post your nation here, and the club that you'd like me to use to represent your nation during match simulations. If we get enough people, we may even do some qualifying rounds (maybe, probably won't have to).
Edit: Remember folks, you can choose ANY club (that's in FIFA 14). You want to use an international team, great! (though try to pick a club team first) Want to use a national/city team, also great! (<--- highly encouraged, for fairness). Just felt I should clarify.

Today Madagascar officially opened relations with the United States of America, marking the Republik as one of the first to welcome to the new nation into the world. Sophia Booker, representing the USA in Madagascar, has had her credentials accepted by President Nividy, and a consulate has opened in the Capitol. A full embassy is currently under plans and construction is expected to begin shortly.

After sending a representative to Bear Island's Nation of the Bear with a suspiciously large handbag (stuffed with cash) in order to secure purchasing the Redoubtable Submarines, the same, now exhausted, representative would be sent back, with an even larger travel bag.
"The Madagascar Department of Defense would like to purchase a 240 count fleet of military aircraft. This will include 110 of the Procinctia CF-105 Arrows, 80 YF-12, 10 B2's, 5 transport aircraft, and the remaining 35 to be various support/resupply/refuel/light duty aircraft. As before, use, maintenence, and technical training. Further, Czerka Arm, a new subsidiary under the Czerka Corporation umbrella, having recently and aggressively bought out competitor Sunshine Armaments, would like to purchase a supply and maintenance license for all military aircraft used in Madagascar."
