KingWilliam[16:31] As if. If you continue to twist my words I'm going to have an ucler. We already talked about this.

Article I Sovereignty
The parties shall respect the sovereignty of each other, and neither party shall engage in any conduct which may impinge on the sovereignty of the other.
Article II Non-aggression
The parties shall not engage in aggressive actions against each other, including conducting espionage or declaring war on each other, or providing aid to enemies of either party.
Article III Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between the parties, because of the provisions of this treaty or of any other cause, the parties shall seek to resolve that dispute in private via proper diplomatic channels.
Article IV Intelligence
Each party must share with the other party intelligence or information that relates to or affects the safety or security of the other party.
Article V Optional Defense
If one of the parties is subject to an attack from another alliance or rogue nation, the attacked party may request military or financial assistance from the other party and the other party is encouraged but not obligated to provide such assistance as it is capable of providing.

This is correct. I've talked to both NpO government and Immortan Junka regarding this matter. Everyone agrees that money was provided to SNX nations for tech and that the tech was never provided in return. We asked for and received the list of nations involved.
Learning this, I did what most people in my position would do and offered to work with NpO to resolve the matter. Doom Kingdom is not interested in protecting a group that has unresolved issues with another alliance. NpO VERY graciously informed me that they consider the matter closed and would just take the loss in revenue. Frankly, Doom Kingdom would not be so kind given the same set of facts. SNX is, once again, lucky. Their former allies treated them more than reasonably. Hail NpO! :D
I don't know how to word this, because I am torn myself, but I will reaffirm "Their former allies treated them reasonably. Hail Npo!" Polar does plenty wrong, but they are strong in some aspects. I respect that about them, even if I very much strongly disagree. -
S.P.E.C.T.R.E. ALWAYS delivers what it promises. Our entire organization survives upon the keeping of those promises...
Isn't that not to be revealed yet. Or are you the jerks with the water stealing.
Until I learn more, I'm suspect. I don't even know what happened with the part where NG died, but came back after a sort of retirement. What was that about. Is this the return? -
I like the tags (being serious) and the treaty text (do I really need to state my level of seriousness).
Isn't that enough for a cheap congrats? I need IRON and Sengoku to know I care and wish them well.
Thus this is my posting such. IRON and Sengoku, notice me! -
I have some folks who will counter with 18 mill for 200 tech.
Those are the true villains of this world.
And I hope the world community one day becomes enlightened to those evils it allows to occur. -
I do enjoy a good thought exercise.
I know they're stupid, and pointless, and use more energy than they're worth but...
so fun. And that new guy in the SNX government is actually a welcome surprise. -
Ok you Greasey TE popcorn nations........ lol I am with Cazaric, well sorta..... We need to rotate editions 10 20 50 and 100 mil., mix it up! Avengers will be builders any way you look at it, call it the Stevie wonder effect.
I approve of that word play. -
I see people I like posting, people I like signing, and people I like lurking.
All good people.
Except for Alexio. -
(Congrats to R&R as a whole. I kinda think they're okay~)
-
Wipe your hands, and move on.
No harms and all. -
I don't know what a brown
teamtreaty can be without GATO, so I along with everyone else will be watching to see how this plays out.
Hope you two can ignore any further drama. I know I wouldn't want to deal with it.
EDIT: "team" as in a group of alliances. I'll change the word to treaty to avoid confusion. -
So is the web more convulated than it has ever been? I lost track after disorder.
Also congrats!
We should get together to draw a web. That'd be fun ;)
Thanks for the congrats, even if I also understand your pain.
You treat DK right, Invicta, or it's nukes for you!~
Yes Sir.
Way to go, not only did you disappoint me with this fake war, but you pleased me with the treaty, now im not sure who to nuke
I like to ride the line. We could point that nuke at a mutual target. Maybe~ -
Please share
Please don't pry.
Our lips are tight on the matter. -
This is early enough that we can get a nuke in the second day.
While being late enough, no one's going to counter.
Perfect timing. -
My view does not reflect my alliance, but I found these all to be hilarious.
The score board has already changed drastically. I'll be keeping my eye on some of these alliances very closely. -
Why don't you use that fancy seal.
It always impresses me.
I'm impressed enough with the announcement though. -
Wish I had a chance to bother IAT as leader of TOP.
I might yet get the chance to bother Zac, but... I just don't know. -
Considering how much connection I have; the fact that I wasn't told about this sooner so I could get my congrats in earlier is sickening.
Sickening. -
These alliance analysis threads are just about always pretty terrible and this one is no exception. Lets hear what everyone has to say about those alliances, it really matters!
It's nice when I agree with one though. I feel so validated.
Yes.. our opinions are correct. Why doesn't everything think this! -
If only based on the people representing here, this looks like some good stuff to me.
Glad you guys played the way you wanted, and are willing to make a final decision.
Hope you make VE your home, and continue to enjoy your time here. -
So far so good. Keep up the good fight everyone!
We don't need your encouragement. -
I appreciate that you wrote out 'Defensive Side' each time instead of simply copying.
It's the small things. -
Magic warn me next time.
Seriously. -
What happened to my Spring break?
This is happening too fast.

I thought the actual measure was being quoted and agreed with. That means you're giving up all your sovereignty and power to the person you're quoting.
Ooooh no. I've fallen into the trap.
(Any good alliance is just a group of people sticking together. If you don't already have people, you need to get them. And that's very difficult. Better to join one, and enjoy your time there, than to come out of the wilderness, and think you can bring together a band of pirates and homeless people, and make them all loyal to that very same group)
