    I have tried to look this up but to no avail. I have a friend that wants to play CN but i did in the past (not sure about the date) logged in my CN account on his internet. I was wondering if there was a wait time on the amount of time between ip addresses or if it was just saved throughout CN history. I would really like him to join but not if my nation was at risk of being deleted or banned because of it. Does anyone have any idea if they will allow this or if i should just tell him not to mainly based on my nation's history?

    I am sorry that this treaty has ended but we end it with the utmost respect to INT and in no way meant for any bad blood between the UCR and INT. For what VL planned on doing and the tactics as unsettling as that was to hear from him is in the past and we plan to look in to the future. He told us all about what happened and to that i respect him for even admitting to the allegations of the images posted. Again, it pains me to have the treaty end but we as an alliance felt that it did not correspond with our own views withing the leftist sphere. I hope that both us and INT can move forward and one day get back to seeing eye to eye.
