I highly protest moderators answering OPs question as it will just allow people to figure out how to best cheat.
If you're legitimately not breaking the rules I doubt you will be deleted, we just have to trust the system.

Cuba has been known to decisively win wars. He brings everything in order to win. He won't risk war unless he is sure of absolute victory even in the worst case scenario. I am not saying thats a character flaw or positive, just that it is a trait... so it follows that Cuba would ask for help.
But tbf who wouldn't ask their allies for help when hitting a (then sanctioned) alliance like WTF?
I don't believe CT is lying but at the same time I don't see how something so trivial could sway your stance so easily.

Hats off to DaBears for fighting 3 of the top 7 nations in the game (pathetic on Hime's part imo) is not going to be healthy for your nation but it is going to be the most NS and tech ever arrayed against one nation.

Couple points I'll like to make clear to you and those who keep saying CT participated in these war/raids. Is true he did this on his own will and for his own gains, yet went it comes to betraying allies the tables flip. I know people who to them loyalty is the most important thing here (those reading know who they are) CT acknowledged that you guys were planning to flip on your allies and apparently is not the way he rolls and is trying to gather support for a noble cause nobody listened to months ago.
You said you will be shaking your head for months due to his "betrayal" well, your current allies will be shaking their heads for years when you betray them!!
Now I'll like to ask a simple question. What will the war loving alliance of DBDC do when they find themselves in the top 250 only surrounded by their Allies?Dance Party?

Yeah because the 90 day buffer zone is going to stop me from my alliance going to war? We will just sit in neutral mode for the majority of the year. We will only enter offensive wars and plan them 90 days in advance and not worry about being attacked and then go war for 90 days and then back to neutral mode to rebuild.
Well seeing as the 90 day buffer zone is only meant for nations and not AAs makes your reading abilities impeccable.
Your AA can only choose once whether it is neutral or war capable. Could you have another alliance to jump back and forth to? yes... but once every 90 days. Also, not sure if he ever mentioned an idea to make any new AA created go through a 30 day grace period so people didn't just disband one AA and recreate another. BUT this is all dust in the wind since that thread got locked up faster than Richard Simmons at an all you can touch boy buffet.
Not sure if he added a buffer zone for newly created AAs and how soon they could attack or be attacked. Should be a couple of weeks so nations just cant make a new AA every time they want to jump in and out of PM.
BUT that got locked so no debating could be done on what should or should have been.

Actually psychopaths don't think or act in an emotional manner. Psychopaths tend to think rationally and plot the downfall of others, not themselves. I suspect if he was actually a psycopath he would still be in DBDC doing all the things he accuses you of.

No one will take the risk of standing up to DBDC until "top tier" nations across the board are so beaten down that there's not that much to lose anymore. When the largest non-Doomsphere nation is at like 100k, maybe then we'll start seeing some action. But I wouldn't count on anyone currently over 150k to stick their necks out proactively going after them. A lot of it is cowardice, another part of it is lack of guiding principles, and the rest is just weak-minded people being easily swayed by charisma.
Your charismatic charms are swaying me to attack these evil political heretics. Keep up the good work Emperor Moon ;)

As I stated elsewhere, the time for that was long ago and has now passed. CN exists now at about 140k NS or so or below. What goes on above that bears little resemblance to the rest of Planet Bob.

I am quite confused on your debating since it seems to contradict itself at every turn.

First, I am not a moralist. I am not arguing about raiding or wars. Traditionally, such issues have been regulated by the stabilizing influences of civilization, like the treaty web, by an automatic process. This is why lulzists usually cannot get anywhere, because they are rejected in an almost biological manner by civilization.
Thus we see that the traditions of our world help sustain stability and order. War and peace is conducted in a socially regulated manner. However, through exploitation and class supremacy DBDC has managed to act in an antisocial manner without immediate consequences.
What I am talking about is class warfare, not any moral issues (although those abound as well).I guess we are not Lulzists? unless I am missing something from this dribble.

Guys ease up on Bob, he's under some serious pressure. It's not easy being one of the leaders of a coalition and still not at war when your puppets are in deep. To make matters worse, the other side are being dicks and not calling the treaties you need called to commit people to the right front!
Bob knows this coalition's failed policy of winging it and relying on the other side to act predictably isn't working and if we aren't baited in soon there's a question of what front to find new puppets to open, and who will volunteer?
Bob, just for you I will explain something.
This policy isn't actually directly connected to the wider war. It's a response to DBDC's declaration of war on us. If you look at previous times DBDC have attacked Polar nations it was dressed and presented as a raid, along with peace offers and all. This time it wasn't.
The wider community though has advocated this as the only viable (albeit difficult) approach for quite some time, but also knew it would likely trigger a global war to attempt it. Polaris isn't all that worried about losing a war, we've been there before, sometime spectacularly! We were however very afraid to start a potentially catastrophic war for our allies who have stood with us through thick and thin, and deserve better.
So now your coalition of cowards has launched the war. A war specifically aimed at grabbing power and control over planet Bob, as expressly stated by Letum. Now is the time to start this, you have removed the only thing stopping us. You jump on your propaganda box like a hero screaming look they haven't hit anyone but DT Probes, like it's a significant point. The fact is there's a war rolling out and the rest will wait until it doesn't matter or will chose to stop as once the war is rolling they have no reason to.
This is a long term policy of ours as I stated clearly in the OP. It runs until we have an agreement with DBDC, as I also stated in the OP. Don't take the lack of wars as an indication either on the success or failure of this plan. We're old fashioned and sometimes use diplomacy first, as shocking a revelation as this may be to you!Peasants being peasants.

Are you trying to connect through wifi or LAN? have you tried to connect directly through your modem?
If LAN works then it has to do with your wifi router. I would check those steps first. Might just be adjusting firewall settings within your router.
