Every single leader was standing, yelling at Áine and each other. Badb, who was waiting just outside was getting aggravated about all of the tension that she was not causing. She walked outside and saw everyone yelling and screaming like their was no tomorrow so she pulled out her pistol and shot three times into the ceiling.... Total silence dug itself into the room while everyone stared at Badb, the twin sister of the other blue haired girl. Her presence gave off the raw emotion of anxiety, paranoia, and sometimes anger. Although at this time the men stared at the girl holding the pistol. Some dust fell from the ceiling and David face palmed himself. Badb smiled like softly and stood next to her sister, still wielding her pistol. "I think, David, that the government of the UIN is not the problem. I think these snobs are." The men all now quietly sat, even the communists who have not one good thing to say about this entire meeting.
David spoke into the microphone, "This Bill of Rights and a Constitution is not optional. We are all going to agree on one and we are all going to abide by it. I understand that some of you have some type of fetish with oppressing the rights of innocent men. However, you may want to leave the island because I can guarantee you that this will not be to much longer. Before we continue, I think we deserve a fifteen minute recess."
All of the men stood up and walked out into a larger room in the capital that had refreshments and speaking room where they could all talk to each other. This was proven to be a much harder attempt to a true union then David thought it would be. -

Everyone head of state from each nation of the UIN sat in his designated seat and either complained about the lighting or hated the person next to them. But, the capital was in fact well lit. While the heads of states yelled louder and louder at each other and themselves David and Robert came in and sat in their chairs at the front of the huge room. David cleared his throat to try to get everyone's attention. Not one leader turned to look at David so he started to get activated. "Guys.. GUYS!!" The leaders started to quit down and looked at the president, "Really?? Really?? Can we shut up now??" The leaders of tiny city states scratched their heads and quietly sat.
"Good" David exclaimed, "now that we are all done; maybe we can get some work done. I called you all here today because there is a serious problem with our government and way of doing things around here." A few of the leaders began to speak to each other in concerned voices, "This Union will not last long if it stays under the current type of governing that it is undergoing. We need to be more united then this." More leaders started to speak, some of them angry voices. "Of course we need to impress the Irish.." Once the men started to quit down again a [url="http://cf2.polyvoreimg.com/thing.23463229.l.jpg"]girl with a bluish hair color[/url] came in and sat in a chair next to David, "This is Áine." Áine glared at some of the communist leaders but for the most part kept a straight face, "You all know who she is. She is here to help us be a better [i]nation[/i]. This will not leave this room."
Áine straightened the microphone to her mouth and cleared her throat like David. "Thank you David.. I made a few recommendations to David and he has accepted them. First, we must all agree on a Bill of Rights for the citizens of the UIN. For those of you who are unaware of what this is, if possible, it is a list of rights you promise to never take away from your citizens."
A man from West Republic stood up, "What is wrong with you! What about the three communist nations here? Our people have no rights. We promise them food and a small fortune to protect them unlike the capitalist savages that let their people starve!" A President of North Front stood up, "Why do you even call yourself a Republic?? You don't even hold elections for mayor!!"
The men started to yell again so Áine massaged her temples to keep herself calm, "SILENCE!"
Áine turned on the microphone pinned to her dress and walked onto a small platform that would normally be used for several people to sit, demonstrate, or speak to the entire congress instead of having to sit. Áine literally had the floor. "David and I agreed on ten. I will read them for all of you to hear. Please, no comments until I am done:

It was a close call, but immigration from Ireland to the UIN was passed in the UIN Congress.
The Union of Island Nations does not allow immigration from any nation, until now, because it is a "Union" of "Nations". Some nations are communist, some are socialist, and some a capitalist. The majority of communist and a minority of socialist nations refuse to allow immigration into their small city-states. But as of today, any Irish citizen wanting to immigrate can come and immigrate into the UIN, under special conditions.
In order for an Irish citizen to immigrate into to the UIN, they must first apply for a passport.
If the passport is approved, then they must then go to the Union Immigration Office.
Once at the Union Immigration Office they have to declare they want to become a citizen of the UIN and declare which nation in the UIN they want to be a citizen of.
A few tests need to be taken but eventually you will get in. If everything goes right, it is estimated that it will take 1.5 years to become a full citizen.
The two closest allies of the Union of Island Nations are Ireland and Monaco. Because Monaco is so close and has to do literally with everyday politics in the UIN (and a large amount of the population is Irish) it was thought that Ireland would be a great first step. -
Here is the biggest problem I see. When I come on after feeding the animals, I don't have anything to do but write in my own private RP between me, myself, and I. These self proclaimed RPs are really interesting and what not but I think we need a couple of sensible RPs where maybe three people can be in at once.

Áine could tell that her sister didn't want to cooperate at all because she was a stubborn individual. As much as she wanted to hang around Robert, she came to the decision that they needed to split up, "Silence.. All of you. David, you come with me. Robert, you stay here with my sister. And B. Don't kill him. We don't have a reason to hurt either of them, yet." Robert gulped when she said that but decided to keep his cool as long as he could.

Áine walked into the adjacent room and ran her finger against the pattern the wall paper made, "David, what do you want with my sister and I? We haven't done anything wrong." David stepped in after her and closed the door, "We need your help Áine. There are situations out of our control and there are things we need help with. I want to guide this nation to greatness. Please we need advice. Will you help us?" Áine kept rubbing her finger against the wall and started to speak,

David paused for a few moments and asked, "Áine, I do not understand." Áine laughed for a few moments, "There is my first piece of advice to you. Right now you are on the correct track. Social Progress is not a problem in the UIN. This Union has it's roots in capitalism." David scratched his head, "Áine.. The UIN government is pro capitalist. But many nations in the UIN are communist, socialist, and some are capitalist. I would say that there are many anti-capitalists in our nation. Don't get me wrong, I am a die hard conservative as some might put it. But The Kingdom of Ireland has more regulation then we do and they are very strong."
Áine shook her head and said something in a almost dead Celtic language, "Communism and capitalism both are strong. They both work. Socialism is much harder to sustain. Your people will be happy under capitalism and freedom. When a nation converts to communism and when a nation converts out of communism it is always bloody.
I want you to understand what your people need to understand. Communism will unravel this country and make it so ugly and unrecognizable that you, as one of it's founding fathers, could come back in twenty years and not even know where the capital building is. Look at the UIN's problems. They are all rooted in communism. Five-hundred people were murdered this year. The population of the UIN is 80,000. You need to make the central government bigger. You need to stop the communists from taking control. I am telling you this right now, they are going to unify and try to take power."
David sat back on a dinning chair for a moment. Áine continued to walk around the small dinning room and seemed to be fascinated with the walls, "That is up to you to decided. Do it the right way, do it through the congress. Just be warned, it will be hard and once you begin everyone will look at you diferently." Áine started to walk to the door again, probably because she hated being in dark rooms, and said, "I want you to remember that poem. I didn't explain most of it. In time you will understand what it all means." She walked by David and dropped a piece of paper on his lap with the poem written down on it. -

We currently have two Airbus A310s flying off of Scotland filled with food and medical supplies for any cities or regions that are in anarchy. If you think your government can distribute it we would be willing to parachute the supplies to a location for you soldiers to retrieve. -

At around 12:50 A.M. David walked outside on the South Lawn where he saw some beautiful yellow Cushag flowers had begun to grow. The gardeners will probably notice them eventually and remove them but they would always come back. The seemed to be attracted to the capital. David could understand why, he did have one of the most beautiful, and colorful capitals, in the British Isles and maybe even Europe!

While admiring the flowers outside, David looked at his watch and saw it was 12:59. "Come on George, where are you?" His clocked clicked to 1:00 and the second it did the same man in the blue suit taped him on the back, startling David. "They are in the car."
David straightened himself up and walked with Roger to the car and opened the door.Inside was to now very awake girls. Both of them gave little attention to David while they drank some coffee. Roger glared at the two girls, "Get out... [i]Now[/i]." The president nodded at George, "I will call you when I need your services again. Thank you George."
The twin with full blue hair yelled at him while he walked away, "Yeah you better leave you freak." the other twin looked at her with a small smile on her face. "Sister.. I think we are the freaks. We are the only individuals of the populace on the island to have blue hair." The twin with total blue hair silenced her sister, "Shut up Áine." Áine had hair like her sisters but it was slightly longer and her bangs were a little more green then blue. She and her sister were both ironically wearing light blue shirts that fit them perfectly with a pair of blue-jeans to match along with them. They were both in shape and did in fact look alike, but they did have some facial differences.
Áine was so beautiful that her very presence seemed to give a happy, calm, unworried, and smooth thinking environment that one would find when talking to their lover. B, on the other hand, did not seem to have much in common with her sister besides her beauty. She gave off a contradicting presence that was just as strong as Áine's. B's presence would make you feel paranoid, confused, fearful, but somehow strong. B, unlike her sister, was very intimidating. Her face had smooth skin like her sisters but her blue eyes told a different story. Her eyes were those of a old general that could tell you every detail of every battle that he won but not those that he lost; because he never lost any.
Áine rolled her eyes at her sister, "Calm down B." David felt awkward while the two girls fought over nothing and intervened. "Hello girls.. Would you like to come inside Áine and.. B?" B looked grabbed her little sister (by 1 minute) and covered her mouth so she would shut up. She then turned her attention to David, "No David. We do not want to go inside. We are going home." David stepped in the path of B and said, "I think it would be better if you came with me." He put his hand on B's shoulder, which was apparently a huge mistake. B grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back, making David straighten his back and stay still. Before she broke his arm, Robert, the Vice President, pulled him off her and had her by her shirt collar. David seemed a little stunned and said, "Robert.. What are you doing out so late?" Robert laughed, "Dude, since we both have iPhones we can track each other. Thank God you got rid of that Blackberry."
B squirmed and struggled while Áine payed more attention to the twenty-four year old vice president who had a remarkably good tan for being in a political position. David tried to reason with B, "Look just come inside we aren't going to hurt you." B kept struggling, "Never! You'll never make me!" she kicked Robert's shin with the heel of her shoe and tried running away but he regained his grip on her arms while trying not to touch her the wrong way anywhere and give her an excuse to shove his leg down his throat. Áine calmly started to walk to the big oak doors of the Orange House while still trying to get a good look at Robert, "Come sister. They are just politicians. They wouldn't be the ones to hurt us. Besides, I am sure we are more of a threat to them then they are to us." B struggled a little longer but eventually stayed still and followed with her sister to the large orange building. Robert let go of her when she stopped struggling and shrugged at David. The two men followed the girls to the door which Robert opened for them a few seconds later.
Áine smiled and looked around, "Badb isn't this place beautiful?" B (her real name is Badb but it is easier for most people to say "B"). Badb shrugged and said, "Yeah if you want your capital looking like a big orange I guess it's ok." David brought them up to the third floor, into the living room which had a nice fire going on in the fire place. Robert sat down next to David on the sofa and David face palmed himself. He whispered to Robert, "They are going to think we are-" Áine spoke up, "Gay or homosexual? No your not. The background of your iPhone is some girl and Robert is famous for his flings." They both awkwardly sat and Badb interrupted, "What do you want from us...... I don't have all day David." Robert was getting pretty annoyed now, "He is Mister President to you." Badb stood up in a mental fight for dominance but Áine calmed her back down and got her to sit. "What do you both want? We were happy in the place we were at, I don't understand what you need with us."
David looked at Áine, "We need your help. We need your advice.. We need your guidance." Badb sat back and laughed a little, "I like how elected officials ask two teenage girls for help." Robert looked seriously at her, "We all know you are just two average teenage girls." -

The result of the European war against J Andres allowed English parliamentary democracy to re-emerge. The foolhardy and pro-imperialist war against Ireland, caused that English democracy to collapse. England is now slipping further into fascist and theocratic tyranny.
If the concern among Europeans is only for European nations, why stand by while one nation they previously fought to protect is being oppressed? Why was there a cry against American oppression of the English but no cry of English oppression of the English? Are European governments allowed to oppress their peoples by virtue of being European?
The Revolutionary Federation supports anti-imperial causes all over the world, not just Europe, and calls on all free nations to take up the cause of human emancipation.

The Union of Island Nations is a small nation. We can not act as a world police force. Our strongest area of influence is in the British Isles with our second strongest in Europe. The UIN is against any foreign nation invading Europe and the British Isles. The UIN is against the colonization of the rest of the world as well.
But we are more worried about the area we are in, Europe. If Europe is burning to the ground how can we even expect be even remotely worried about anywhere else? The security of our homeland comes first, the security of freedom for the hole planet must come second. -

[i]It's said that every lifetime, twins are born on the Isle of Man. They aren't always identical, but are always twins. These two individuals have higher intelligence, wisdom, strength, and better human functions with then the rest of us. Sometimes they are male. Sometimes they are female, but they are never male and female for reasons unknown. In the past these individuals were feared and ridiculed. Today, they are feared but deeply respected. Unfortunately, a set of these twins hasn't been seen for 100 years.
A special committee was formed to find these "pairs" and bring them to the government... for (again) unknown reasons.[/i]
President David laughed while he spoke over the phone with the King of Ireland while they talked about foreign affairs of the British Isles.
Meanwhile, a man walked up to the Orange House in a Blue Suit. He looked at the large iron gates that guarded it and simply typed in the 27 digit code and walked down the driveway. When getting to the door two armed guards had their assault rifles aimed at the man yelling for him to put his hands behind his head. The man pulled out an ID and the men squinted their eyes to read it. Once it was read, both men quickly drew back their guns and opened the solid oak doors that were reinforced with steal to make it bullet proof. There was a security checkpoint with a metal detector and a small line of people waiting. The man in the blue suit pushed a woman aside and walked threw the scanner and showed a guard his ID while the scanner rang, obviously because he had a weapon on him. Finally, he made it to the president's Round Office. A secretary was outside reading over paperwork, "You can't go in there." The man totally ignored her and opened the door slyly and then closed it in the secretaries face.
"I told you not to bother me Francene!" yelled the President. The man in the blue suit had a deep, distinct voice. David turned around when he didn't hear a response and starred at the man. Only a few simple words were spoken but they might just have changed the history of the UIN. "Mr. President. We have a Code Bravo." The president stared for a few minutes then spoke again to the king, "You Majesty, something very serious has just come up. I need to go immediately." He slammed the phone onto the base and stood up, "Where are they?" the man in the blue suit started to walk away, now having his next destination his car.

Once outside the President stepped off the south lawn of the Orange House, which was a beautiful yellow because of the winter, and looked at the limousine. "Mr. President. Here is Female X and Y." He opened the door and two girls, with almost complete if not solid blue hair laid asleep with their heads leaning against each other. "They should be out for the next two hours.. What would you like me to do with them, Mr. President." the President looked down for a few moments and thought, "These two girls are the greatest weapon in the British Isles. I do not want anyone to see their hair." The man nodded and pulled out a knife, "You will not cut their hair. You will not harm them. You will treat them as if they were I. I want them delivered here at the Orange House at 1:00 AM.
When you joined the Blues you swore over your life that you would do everything you could to find these girls and protect them. If they are killed, harmed, or or tortured I will have you charged with Espionage and have you sentenced to death by firing squad."
The man in the blue suit simply nodded, "Yes Mr. President. What should I do if they wish to not comply?" David sighed, "I think that if their.. type has been hiding all of this time then it means that they do not want us to know of them. They will not want to comply. You know the only person they will even slightly respect... The Queen of Corsica. She is the only other you may tell. Get Blue Agents at the Corsica capital to ensure she does not blab our little secret." The man nodded and headed to the drivers seat.
David put his hand on the man's shoulder before he got to far, "Young man.. I just want you to know that these two girls are smarter then everyone in that building over there combined." David pointed at the Capital of the UIN, "They are wiser then the government of Ireland. They are wiser then all of the head of states of Europe combined. If you give them a block of wood, a piece of sandpaper, a match, and a lead ball they will find out how to make a firing gun. If you look at them to long they will seduce you and will get you to get whatever they want. If you talk to them to long they can trick you into believing what they say is the truth. They are a raw source of wisdom and know how to manipulate any man, child, and even woman. They will kill you if you give them the opportunity, young man. I wold hate to see your name on the front page for espionage; I would hate even more to see your name on the front page of the paper for being killed by two... fifteen year olds. Do not screw this up."

If we had a UN then it would be harder to have wars and the game would be to boring because everything would be stable. Wouldn't it?

I don't understand why awesome things like star wars walkers are being limited? If I were to be conquered by anyone or anything, I would want to be conquered by a big Star Wars Walker-Animal thing barging into my capital.
I suppose next there will be a limitation on how many treaties you can have so that "Players less fortunate get to have friends too".... Sounds like the US government.. -

President David of The Union of Island Nations sat down in his leather chair in the Round Room of the Orange House. A camera man gave a thumbs up at the President and David nodded. The man began to count down, "Going live in 5, 4, 3, 2" and he pointed at the President on one.
"Good my fellow citizens of the UIN and my fellow citizens all across the globe. This afternoon, in the Orange House, I came to a very serious realization. It is human nature to want to have allies and friends that will have your back. Unfortunately, it is also human nature to have enemies due to the result that we find it hard to work together with other individuals because we always want our way no matter what. However, as history has proved, people are willing to drop their small differences under one condition and one condition only... This one time when people and nations is when they look at each other as equals and are willing to fight together under one banner for one cause.
This one condition is when people have a common enemy.
All of Europe would fight together, as one, if North America had the agenda of invading and conquering all of Europe and it's nations. Blood would be spilled, principals would be compromised, and the fall of nations would be inevitable. But, to minimize the damage and ensure that Europe would stay a land that is unconquered by a foreign power, we would come together and keep North America off of our shores.
I am sure all of you have heard the phrase 'The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend'. Sometimes the enemy of your enemy is in fact, another smaller enemy of yours. There are a few nations that I am positive the UIN would never fight for or with, but I know that if we were under threat we would call for help from all of the seven seas.
When these friends and foes come together to fight one common enemy, things can often be unorganized and messy at first. Resulting in inefficiency and diversity of the idea of what the common goal is of all of these nations coming together. It would be better to be prepared and have the idea already set out. It would be efficient to know what the common goal is so we could decide on how to achieve it. It would make us all equal for the duration of a war because we would see eachother as friends and comrades. You could have communist, capitalist, and socialist soldiers all drinking a beer in a bar while enjoying a good conversation of politics and their home lives.
I understand that it would be impossible to mobilize the politicians of Europe right now to all agree on one thing. I know that if something or someone would attempt to do a full out strike against Europe we would all stand together, Communist and Capitalist, King and President, and Human Rights Activists and Imperialists to fight this grand enemy.
I am however aware that the Union of Island Nations is in between a former hot zone for war and hatred that occurred not long before our founding. Including the UIN, the British Isles also consists of The Kingdom of Ireland, Scotland, and England. We are all of aware that Ireland, Scotland, and Europe were involved in a very bloody battle that is still a very sensitive subject to this day. From what I understand, England and Ireland are not friends. Their head-of-governments do not drink tea on Sunday afternoons.
I would hope that if a nation, terrorist group, or foreign nation's military were to pose a threat to the British Isles that we could all mobilize together; even if it took a few days of being a little frustrated of who we had to work with. The UIN currently has no enemies, only friends. This is a luxury that will not last forever. I not worried about making friends, I am more concerned with making the wrong enemies. I hope all of Europe thinks the same way because each continent has it's time of weakness and we all know it. It seems Europe's has past but we can never be certain, especially with the case of a World or Continental War.
Because that I think that The British Isles should always be free of colonization, I, President David of the Union of Island Nations, Herby claims that if any nation from North America, South America, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, and or Africa were to invade any nation in the British Isles, I will do everything in our political power to ensure not only that their troops are taken off of the shores of Europe, but that the British Isles, if not the Continent of Europe itself, will retaliate with every bullet, tank, man, ship, aircraft, and missile in it's arsenal to ensure that that nation never makes a threat to anyone here again for no absolute reason except for petty reasons.
I make this pledge for the British Isles, and I would also be willing to have our boys in New Dublin fly anywhere in Europe to help fight back a foreign foe. We may not be under threat this second, but we need to be prepared for when the near future looks us in the eyes.
See, the Union of Island Nations is not a single nation. It is, infact, a small Empire that consists of monarchies, dictatorships, republics that have all types of economies and laws. The UIN government is just a congress with a president that heads a small military force to keep peace between these nations. I am not asking Europe to do this, but I do think that we need to all agree that a North American colony or a Asian colony alike would not stand a justifiable in they eyes of any of us.

The President, Vice President, UIN Congress, the First Family, and the families of the other politicians will now be protected by a group of especially trained men known as the "Executive Guard". These men are to be armed at all times and must vow to guard the President and the politicians below him with their lives.
This Guard will always be funded to be able to successfully protect the President and Vice President.
Always armed with(at least):Two Colt Revolvers
If in public :Dressed in suit and tie with sunglasses
In the event that the president or another top official is in danger, the Guard has permission to always protect them with lethal force.

Today, President David has called an emergency meeting of the UIN Congress for, "reasons of national security and sovereignty."
With some researching, we discovered that the DEFCON level has been lowered to 4 and 300 more soldiers have been brought into the capital, brining the current count of sodliers currently on duty to about one-thousand. When the President and Vice President were transported to the Congressional Building, they did not stop to wave or take pictures but were brought into the building surrounded by armed men.
From a private source, we did get a little information on what went inside.
"The president and congress did not vote or order anything to happen or be done; but instead a group of people briefed the group of men on something... I couldn't make out every word but they seemed very professional."
If the Union's sovereignty is at sake, them everyone should be concerned. Hopefully our executives know what they are doing. -

David sat at the head of a table with some of his top advisers. They were from all around the island. An adviser from the North Front sat down and the David's national security adviser stood and took the floor. "I thank you all for coming here today but the President and I need to speak together... Alone." The other men looked at him a little oddly but silently stood up and left. The National Security Adviser, Joseph, sat down across from the President and folded his hands. "Mr President... We have a bit of a situation."
David sat back and rolled his eyes, "I am not investing in anything Joseph, I already told yo-" Joseph stopped David, "Mr. President it involves your safety. I have reason to believe that there is a coup trying to overthrow your government." the president stood up, "What!" he looked at the security adviser and then paused for a moment. I reached over at the phone in the middle of the table and unplugged the line, "Continue." Joseph gave a file in a manila folder to David, "We captured a man named Nicolas Stevenson. He attempted to kill the King.."

David covered his hand with is face, "Where is he being held?" the adviser shifted uncomfortably, "He posed an immediate threat to one of our agents and so, as a result... he was shot out of self defense..." David sighed, "We always lose them like that. Lower the DEFCON level to 4."
