GONs in such a way that won't do anything at all?

It's simple. Schattenmann is scared out of his mind.
Figure this. He's watching the whole Methrage aiding situation and is seeing how even people who can't stand us are acknowledging that we're in the right over something. He knows that once people no longer see us as the absolute scum of existence, it's bad news for him. Since that opens the door for inquiries. Inquiries lead to conversations. Conversations lead to missionaries and embassies. They lead to diplomatic relations, to friendships, and once people decide to put things in writing, treaties. The more treaties GOONS have, the less people Schatt can try and convince to get rid of the GOONS menace.
This means two things:
1: Schatt can actually try to do something about it, which means lifting his finger for a reason other then to press it on another key for once.
2: Schatt can deal with it, and we all remember the big red reason as to why he can't do that.
But let me tell everyone a lesson my Daddy taught me many times when I was young, when the tears were still warm on my face: The highest form of respect is fear.
We're not afraid of Schattenmann. But he is afraid of us.
But by all means, Schattenmann, if you are so convinced in your beliefs and your morality that GOONS are the greatest threat this planet has ever faced and you are completely in the right and the only way all of civilization can survive and prosper is for us to no longer exist, then strike us down. Because while the pen is mightier than the sword, history is written by the victors. No one ever brings a pen to a sword fight.
And if you don't act, then it proves that your words are as hollow as your beliefs. -

Also, Methy boy. When you have a decisive NS advantage (at least double, if not close to triple at this point), a plethora of improvements, a boatload of wonders, and nuclear capabilities which you readily use, you really shouldn't be failing ground attacks. Yet you are.
Scoreboard is 31-3. It's been a clean sweep for our side since Methy boy here decided he wanted Round Two.
But please, keep droppin' them nukes. Keep nuking a sub 3K NS nation in hopes you might win a ground battle at some point. -
