I got this message when checking out my opponent today. You cannot attack at this time. Your attacking odds are currently at 100% and are not high enough to battle <nation name deleted> at this time. You must have at least a 5% chance of victory in order to battle. He's already in anarchy, and I already got "Defeat" report sent to him, so it's not like it hurt me - or anyone - it's just something that's wrong. If you're interested in more info on it, I can PM admin a link to a screen shot.

As of last night at 12:22AM, I was at war with Steve Huge of Snooty town. I have screen shots of my sent message if you'd like them. Today around 1PM I checked out my wars, and Snooty Town was no where to be found. The war couldn't have expired, because I attacked today - and I was never sent a peace offer, nor would I have accpeted it if there was one, so I'm at a loss as to why I'm not still in a war with him. Thanks for the attention.
