There is (at least) a third option where he didn't know the arrangement but did know Lex and acted with individual intention. We've established that he's quite a clod.

I'll clarify my post since the intended slight was overlooked: for it to have been intentional by veracity would have required him to have read the thread first and would then have known what he was doing.
What I'm accusing is that he didn't read the thread until just before making that stupid counter argument, which makes the list defence utterly nonsense to try and use after the fact.

As well, if you're implying that you consulted my list before the raid that also implies having read the thread prior, which should have had enough context for you to understand that Lex would be included.
