The fact of the matter remains that Racing for a sanction is never an open field, to do such requires more than what a thrid tier alliance would ever have, this whole time i have not named the alliance as anything it wasnt, i stood firm in the concept that indeed it was a 2nd tier alliance and nothing more, we could really have been classed as thrid tier ever. Name me a Thrid tier alliance with 150 members? And as you did find the CN Wiki i suggest reading it.....maybe the part that says includes the lines C.I.S and Novus-Orbus racing for a sanction. A sanction would have made us a 1st tier alliance, so a race for one would surely mean that at the least we are a 2nd tier alliance, also for the record i have no idea who wrote that on wiki but it wasnt me, therefore im not only making this statement unbacked, i am also quoting another source. Your Orbus statement- it means world or order....Therefore i conclude that indeed you actully do know nothing....that staement was just a bonus.

GOONS were really big then as to the NpO and the NPO they basicly controled loads....some things change somethings dont but 1 fact remains we were more than a worthwile alliance with a top member count of nearly 150 thats active to because i had removed loads of inactive nations around that time....so can you honestly say we were not worth wile when you were still learning how to type with 2 hands??

To be Frank....Well Tosh...im tired of the rights and wrongs that the past has brought up, any past mistakes i may have made i am sorry for, regardsless of the vote...or perhaps maybe because of the vote....i will bring Novus-Orbus back. And i truely hope im great with past mistakes forgotten, im passionate that brings its own problems, i can be quick to fly of the handle, well atleast that used to be the case, im alot older and thankfully wiser than i was in my younger days when passion alone controled my every action. Anyway myself and Novus-Orbus are sorry if we wronged anyone or alliance out there we ask that you can all accept this, i know some of you may have a problem doing so to them i say...come on,...come on oh come on man gone ahead, gone man, oh come on come on lol Anyway all joking aside Novus-Orbus will reform and we hope we are greeted friendly as we intend to be. *Really-Why cant we all just get along.* Anyone requesting looking to hold talks and would like to form an embassy please contact me via PM.
