  1. I am disappoint.

Not in Farkistan, this was a smart move, a great blitz and completely justified given your treaty ties and I wish you the best on a fun and entertaining fight.

I am disappoint because the war up until this point was pure joy and now it will be pure ouch against an alliance I love.

For the record, former Trident bros, I re-joined NATO and have been engaged with Tulak and another Spartan for the past three days so I don't think I qualify for the 'no joining NATO/separate peace' thing. But if Sparta wishes to extend that policy, I would hope that the couple dozen million in aid I just finished sending to Farkistan nations while I was in WTF will count for me if we have to negotiate separate.

    All my love, Fark.

From a MDoAP ally of NATO, this statement is amusing.

He has to be very confused. Or I'm forgetting somehow about the days of negotiations to ensure that LSF wasn't swarmed in the re-formative period and the tight bond that has existed between LSF and NATO in the two years since that time. But I have been away for a couple months, maybe things have changed.

/love you PA, with you in spirit.

Also, If you really were in WTF you would know enough not to post on the big boards.

Maybe if you posted more than 15 times in your 559 days that you spent in WTF you would understand that I'm not breaking alliance policy and you would certainly know I really am a member. I am not claiming to speak for the alliance and was attempting to distance WTF from your personal actions. And your post is in complete contradiction to your resignation statement. I obviously won't shame you as a fellow greenlighter by repeating what you posted, but at least be honest.

He's fighting because he was a founding member of PC, and he disagreed with PC not entering to fight alongside basically their closest ally (at one time anyway.)

It has nothing to do with his grudge against FARK, I'm not even sure he has a grudge against FARK, or why anyone would harbour a grudge for that long (we're talking 3 years here.. come on now, not everyone is a childish !@#$%* that they'd still be pissed over stupidness that happened 3 years ago.)
    [/quote]

With respect, you are incorrect. His resignation post is the only thing I'm going off of and he was pretty clear. Both issues may be at play, certainly, but there is no doubt as to his personal grudge.

Ask ChickenZilla about 3 year plus grudges. They exist.

    NEW reinforcements

    WTF - 1

WTF's member was an individual that was basically continuing his personal battle against Fark left over from his TF! days. The distinguished gentleman above me from Pacifica has the correct view of the situation. If WTF were to ever get political, anything against Fark would be the last thing the alliance would do. So you can remove that data point from the conspiracy evidence.

(my observations, not that of WTF)

What you are failing to grasp is that when I stepped down from Senate, I told people a couple weeks before and didn't actually leave my office until a new Senator had been elected to fill the spot. But perhaps the difference is beyond you. It's the difference between giving your place of work two weeks notice that you're quitting and just calling in one day and saying you're not coming back.

I can confirm this reality. We were well aware of DK's intentions and the term was served out of obligation.

I don't know what happened here but it isn't surprising, and I'm glad that RoK and NATO can be friends about it.

I was sad every time you left NATO. Now I'm even sadder.

You used to speak to me this way...

Went, forgot to mention one thing: Fringe. Seriously.

  8. The difference between the upper tier and lower tier has made joining and early development far too daunting. The haves and have not demographic disparity is approaching American levels. Perhaps some type of reset should be in order. Maybe an across the board 50% NS cut, the removal of infrastructure requirements on wonders and a few extra environmental and/or military efficiency improvements could help energize the loyal players as well.

Those, and a cap on reserve savings would be some radical changes that could help the game's attractiveness.

Politics aren't really the issue, being up and being down is part of the fun. But game features and the extreme commitment in time that it takes to grow from a small to a strong nation are the main inhibitors to retention of players, in my opinion.

  9. The people of Numeria welcome stability in our coastal neighbors to the North and are pleased to see reconciliation between the old and new regimes. High Chancellor Drake also sends his personal regards to the wonderful women of China and extends his private invitation to any hotties* that wish to visit his fair city.

*Non hotties are invited too (there are lower level Numerian Party members that also need love), but must bring along 3 hotties for admission

    Hail NTE!

  10. Sirius seems to be pretty well prepared for this war at each step. Makes the diplomacy that took place make sense*. Enjoy your training mission/tech grab and be sure to get as much in reps as possible from those that don't do individual terms for this OUTRAGE.

*Don't know the whole story, rarely do. Just what I've seen in the public arena.
