  1. When i try to make a nation, i fill in all the information, then it says it appears i already have a nation, and if i have forgotten username or password, click on the button. It wont actually let me continue. I tried logging in with the information i put in anyway, and it said the account doesnt exist, so... didnt realise i might be breaking the rules by making a forum account

Yeah, sorry, but I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to create your own nation on that particular computer. You could use another computer to go on cybernations; and I'm not sure if you're allowed to access your account on your home computer after having created a nation elsewhere.

If I were you, I'd PM a mod (EvenStar, Megabyte, Vetinari, atom antmod, Edward Cullen, etc...), hoping that they could remove your friend's account from their log of your ip.

    Good luck.

I think that might be your friend's account.

  2. No, but I think this could be counted as an exception since all he is doing is asking about IP stuff, and if he is allowed to get a nation, he will. It's not as if he's posting in the OWF.

Of course, but do you know the answer to moooo566's question?

  3. You can relax, you can create a nation.

You just can't interact at all with your cousin's nation and your cousin can't log in at your home and vice-versa.

Sorry, I think you might have misread his question, or I may not know the answer entirely. However, I thought that if someone had logged into cybernations on a certain computer, creating a new nation on that given computer will result in both nations being deleted.

I don't want to have moooo566's friend have his nation deleted; so can a Mod please confirm.

Also, is it even allowed for a forum member (moooo566) to not have a Cybernations nation?

  4. National Environment Office - $100,000,000 - The national environment office removes the penalties for Coal, Oil, and Uranium when a nation imports them, improves environment by 1 point, increases population +3%, and reduces infrastructure upkeep -3%. Requires 13,000 infrastructure.
The national environment office removes the penalties for Coal, Oil, and Uranium when a nation imports them

    • By how much do Coal, Oil and Uranium decrease your environment level?
    • Does having a Nuclear Power Plant (which I've got) and an imported uranium resource and 'government position on nuclear weapons set to option 3' somehow change the environment penalty uranium poses?

    Reason for question:

At ~10-20% military, 20 nukes and 2 border walls my environment level is 2 levels higher than the GRL. If I then buy the NEO, by how many levels will my environment level decrease, and thus how many border walls can I then destroy (if any) - +2% population > +2 happiness.

e.g. IF Oil and Uranium each decrease your environment level by 1 level; after buying the NEO, total environment level is decreased by 3 levels; resulting environment level is (potentially) 1 level below the GRL - which is actually only 1 level above the GRL (Best environment level = 1.00 + GRL); however, this allows 2 border walls to be destroyed (a resultant total of 0 border walls), as the +1 (x2) improvement in environment is no longer needed = higher income.

    Therefore, which is more beneficial?

A National Environment Office or a Universal Health Care?

I have a brand new question but since its a stupid one, I'd like to post it in an old thread instead of making a new one. Hoorah.

Can someone try to explain to me more thoroughly what an Infra Jump is? I know that its when you reach a certain point in infrastructure and your upkeep increases by a certain percentage, but thats all i know really. I'd like to know things like when the jumps are, how to handle them, and so on. Any information would be awesome!

When you pass a certain point, in your case the 2000 infra mark, infra upkeep will increase by a fixed amount (before multipliers) e.g. $5. Because of this, your bills will increase by a certain amount, e.g. 100k, and you would thus lose income just by exceeding that 2000 mark. Players work around that by buying a lot of infra, e.g. 150, in one go to take you up to 2100-2200; and because infra increases your taxes - the new increase in taxes will outweigh the increase in bills, and so you don't actually suffer a loss... complicated, I know

Basically buy a load of infra so that your increase in tax = increase in bills.

  6. Yep, your bills are quite high, but not abnormally high. It's your taxes that are the problem.

    Infrastructure: 15,000.00

    Population Density: 23.14

    Tech: 4,434.42

    Taxes: 27,200,000

    Bills: 13,000,000

    What you need to do:

Get rid of most of your military (navy and tanks)... check out mine

Check how many Border Walls give you the highest income - I have 2

Buy a Great University, ADP, MIC, NPP, SDC, UHC (in that order)

    BUY land

    Buy tech through aid

    Your resources are fine

Drai: I agree with you, land doesn't help much
