So Genmay decided it would be okay to attack a protectorate of another alliance. Then noticed something was wrong when MDPs were not canceled and decided to offer white peace. They pride themselves on being unjust dammit. Do you really think they offered it out of the kindness of their heart? They know they freaked up.
And if its anyone wanting war, its the side that declares war based on rogue attacks.
Some might say that Gen[m]ay seems to be suffering from a lot of rogues that are in a rather small alliance. It makes me wonder if attacking Gen[m]ay isn't something that the leaders of BOTS find acceptable. I hope BotS learns some humility and surrenders/take the peace offer.

My personal views is that The Unjust Path alliances would win. The only real alliance I am concerned about on that side is GS AKA Fan Mark II, but I'll assume they can fight well.
NpO+GGA Coalition would be in serious trouble. I doubt GGA and NoV would be willing to fight until the bitter end (GGA especially, they couldn't even force VE/CIS/NTO off green without running to their allies) and might try to surrender. IRON might not do anything if the NPO doesn't fight, I don't really know anything about the other alliances listed so I can't say anything about them.
In short, even if the NpO+GGA Coalition have a higher NS, they seem to be a greatly inferior in vital areas.
