The citizens mined for gold daily, had access to many fresh springs of water, followed the orders of their might and unquestioningly sexy king, Olevander. For all it was worth, the Korean refugees had a pretty good life, decent technology to abide by, and relatively few wars. Sure, the king had set his sights on nations that had been deemed offensive and ordered air raids, troop strikes, and the occasional cruise missile, but when you got right down to it? Selicus was a pretty nice place to live. A bank and a Foreign Ministry had just opened up, boosting revenue and happiness, and there were relatively few kidnappings of people to sell their organs on the black market. Olevander had set his sights next on a Guerrilla Camp, but that had seemed nothing more than a pipe-dream to his loyal and overly happy followers. Even his royal guard, consisting solely of scantily clad, beautiful women toting machine guns and strapped with grenades were happy, though they had to endure the insane ramblings of the king. The commoners ate beef payed with gold, drank the best water this side of the pacific, and listened to disco tapes which had been newly imported.
Life was good.
