    I quit CN for 7 months because it bored me. I tried to get back in, and went inactive entirely. I find that it's best to have drama and arguments but eventually because i love being the stubborn person i am to defend what i say. But, if every fascinating thing in Cybernations is "The 50th new alliance DoE'd today, lets go rant on them and show them how we say 'You're going to fail like everyone else!' for lulz", i could honestly care less and wouldn't mind quitting Cybernations again. Everyone has their dream of making an alliance or becoming a leader of their current alliance, but some don't do it. Then there are those that ambitiously start their own alliance with friends and here come the ones that say "lol no" and try to shoot down their own dreams. And this happens every day. Little things cause big rants, and an RV bashing post in almost every thead. We should respect those that WANT to reach for the stars and help them. I only care about big drama, like the many times i left Athens.

    I make all of no sense to myself but at the same time make the most sense. i think we could keep a portion of nations and such to cleaning up our Politics and saving the arguments for big drama, not little issues. There is no excitement in the drama anymore because everything is turned into drama and its not even drama. I'll argue when i argue, but right now, in gladly applaud all new alliance and everyone that has taken the bull !@#$ and shoved it in the hater's face.

    (i still make no sense to myself in the oddest of ways)

    %. In the event that someone who is awesome does something utterly retarded, they may be added to the !@$^list. Unfortunately, we cannot explain what this means in polite company.


    Article **: Government

    !. A circle%#$^ is hereby defined as a meeting between the Supreme @$%& and at least two !@#%heads.
    @. Our government is hereby established, for the purposes of containing all our awesomeness and guiding it towards the path of vulgarity. This provisionary government shall pave the road for the rest of the alliance in our ongoing battle against censorship.
    #. At the head of the alliance rests our Supreme #%&!, otherwise known as the Big !@#$. He decides all policy direction of the alliance, and has final say on all things involving [Expletive Removed]. Of course, that doesn't mean they'll listen.
    $. The !#$^heads have authority over their respective departments. They may assign any staff they see fit under them. They will also be required to take !$@# from both the !@#%ers and the Supreme !#@$.
    %. As of the provisionary government, !#$@heads may be appointed by a circle$#^&.


    Article ***: War

    !. The Supreme !$%^ is the only one with the power to declare an offensive war on another alliance.
    @. The Supreme @%#! and the $!&^head of War may authorize raids on unaligned nations.


    Article ****: Revisions

    !. A cluster@#$^ is defined as being a vote of the membership, held for exactly two days, where the membership is informed 24 hours beforehand via in-game PM.
    @. The charter may be revised by a circle%#@& or a cluster!@^# with a 75% vote.
    #. In the event of the Supreme !@$% being !@#%faced or otherwise unable to perform his usual !@#%ing on behalf of [Expletive Removed], a cluster@!#% may be held to !@#% him over and relieve him of duty. The !@#$head of War will temporarily take the position of Supreme !@#$, and three possible Supreme !@#$s will be selected by a circle@$^# and voted on in a second cluster@!%^. The winner of this will be declared the new Supreme !@#$er. Holy #@$^ that's confusing.


    Article *****: Policy

    !. Specific policies, including those of raiding, finances, and being awesome, will be contained in the document @#%^ing Policies, which shall also serve as a documentation of rules of the alliance and have its own set of revision terms.
    @. [Expletive Removed] and its allies will always, always be sexy.
