Official Government Changes In these last few week since we started CNcore, we went through an "inquisition", had spelling errors pointed out in our Charter, found a great partner alliance (The Corporation), and grew up as a government. CNcore's founding government was a group of former City of Rapture government members who wanted to make a second try at running an alliance. All truth be hold the government did not know what it was doing and we are still learning, but God bless CNcore and people who have helped the government grow and change in power an knowledge. In these past weeks the government ratified "The First Constitution of CN[cor]e" which gives more detailed policies than were given in the original charter. All this being said here are the changes that have transpired with in the last days since the first "State of the Alliance" was posted on September 17th. New Flag, adopted on Sept 19 New Motto, Ecce Signum, adopted on Sept 19 Minister of Defense, White Fang Minister of Economics, Andor Axel Adair resigned from his post as minister of External Affairs, due to personal problems. Charter Amendments: 2. Words from mteague93, Head of State I personally want to say thank you to every member of CN that has given me and my alliance both good and negative support. In the very beginning iClean (Balder) tore apart my DoE and brought forth the problems that CNcore had at the beginning. I know CNcore is not perfect, but is any alliance? So today with the above things that we (CNcore) has done to better our alliance I want to say that we have closed the early book in our alliance's history and just began writing the sequel. We are setting out a distinct and a "culture" that is all our own. We have a very different theme than most alliance's that I have seen and we are proud of our theme. I don't feel that CN is a game, it is more a collection of all cultures, nationalities, and religions. I was going to say languages but... all posts are in English on CN except for little things. We at CNcore are just one of those groups of people who want to bring another culture into CN. It's amazing to see how CN politics differ from RL politics, because no one really knows much about you or your RL life unless you let them too. I don't plan on doing a what my opinion is a sob story every "State of the Alliance" but I want to tell you all on CN how much I value the community which is CN. 3. We now have a seemingly done Constitution (which sets up more detailed policies than the Charter). I'm proud to announce that we are starting to pull our heads out of the sand and get to work on making CN[cor]e work (by pulling our heads out of the sand we mean we understand what is takes to run an alliance and make it grow). We are still looking for a Protectorate, and we know it is unsafe to go without one, but it is hard to make a case for an alliance of three true members. We are actively trying to recruit, but it seems that no one will bite (though we are sailing into better waters now). So for our first month we have these goals: Get a protector. Reach 12 members. and build up nations within CN[cor]e. We must meet these goals by October 19th 2009 When PIMPTOPIA and i started this alliance we knew it wouldn't be easy and CN members gave us a lot of mixed reviews. We are here to stay whether it is a good thing or bad thing. Expect a "State of the Alliance" every few weeks so we can inform the CN community as a whole on how we CN[cor]e are doing. Thank you for your time reading this topic, there are much more interesting topics than this, but I want CNers to understand we are a true alliance tied together by a great community (within CN[cor]e and on CN). I value everyone's input on my alliance and i take everything everyone says into account and I make decisions based on what members of my alliance and CN think.
