Reconstruction of Army The Emperor has suceeded in creating an army over a million men strong. Updated with modernized weaponry, educated with new strategies, and subject to the Empire's new training program. The program subjects troops to longer, more difficult training mastering the terrain in the immediate region as well as being learned in the techniques used widely elsewhere in the world.
