Really WC?I know Woody, I know most of the TORN gov and I know what the culture of TORN is. They would have fought to the end if their allies did not betray them without even thinking twice.
I don't know if you posted that out of ignorance or if you were trying to take a shot at TPF but TORN does not deserve to be the victim of Ignorance nor do they deserve to have their troubles used to take shots at unrelated alliances.

Erhm.. NPO didn't you support your allies in GGA and Valhalla for doing the same thing?
I personally asked many times for proof in the Hyperion war ( I was govt. of SOLID), and all I was given was links to the stat screens of NPO, GGA, and Valhalla.
I hate to join the band waggon, but this screams karma.

All I have ever heard from the NPO is the basic idea that they are "perfect." If you are perfect my friends, why are many people angry with you? No matter the mistakes of people, if you were perfect, nobody would have any reason to hate you, you wouldn't say that it is a "courtesy" to give out a public Declaration of War.
Well I don't know about IC. But in real life, I am perfect, and people do hate me.

It's very hard to cut off the heads when the bodies won't allow it. It's nigh impossible when the force and number of people supportive of the heads vastly outweighs those trying to remove those aforementioned heads.
While this may be true, it does not counteract my statement. Whether there are many defending the head or not, taking off the head will solve the problem, while taking off the hand does nothing.

I would be careful being too gleeful in your support for ultimate vengeance, folks. These types of things have a way of turning around on you in the fullness of time. There are ways to manage a wild dog without putting a bullet through its skull.

With multiple days previously of negotiations in good faith. Doesn't an action speak louder than words. Also why won't your side release the logs of what was said after Moo pinged as it has been said. I really think once those see the light of day with the complete set, things will make more sense and some of the questions can be settled.
If they would clear your name, then Moos would release them himself.

The NPO did not try to plant information in OV in an attempt to do a silly PR stunt.
Noone planted information... its not real information offered. It was an analogy of what happened to OV.
If a neutral party came to you and had ACTUAL information showing that an alliance was planning on attacking NPO, NPO would take preemptive measures, none of which would remotely include reporting the person who brought the actual information to the alliance that was planning on attacking.

So lemme get this straight....the CB from NPO is based on a government member of OV getting screenshots and not working with NPO to help determine where the spy came from.....
VE approaches a MEMBER of NPO and offers information from private channels....
yeah....folks seriously, I think your reaching to demonize an alliance now. Olympus does not condone or support spys but does acknowledge that alliances and friends share information all the time...
WHEN CAUGHT and HOW its dealt with is what determines the action. OV didn't handle it to NPO's standard...hence NPO took action, AFTER 4 or 5 days of negotiations...

I think you fail to realize it is a metaphor to NPOs actions and this debacle.
Nothing was actually sent by schills, if actual sensitive information was passed, im sure there would be days of negotiations and what not.

With OV, the NPO is a victim of spying. Here, the NPO is a victim of a transparent and tactless PR stunt.Someone spies on NPO and gave the information to OV.
