The Kingdom of Serbia officially declares its stance on international pacts: "The Kingdom of Serbia shall not join in the entanlgement of international pacts, binding our nation to the fate of others. Besides the agreements of "smaller scale" pacts, the Kingdom of Serbia will not participate in international coalitions. With that, we withdraw our request to join the True European Coalition." OOC: Things like MDPs etc. are OK, but I won't be joining any international pacts like the True European Coalition.

The Kingdom of Serbia will remain neutral for the time being. Our ships have been called back to our ports, the airforce doubles its servailance and monitoring procedures over our land, and the military is on standby. We have moved to Defcon 4.

The Kingdom of Serbia is reconsidering its decision to join this "True European Coalition".

Although we do not agree with Mareihamm's exclusion of Nords, we hope this embargo does not spread. This coalition should only work to further unify Europe under the common goal of prosperity.

The Kingdom of Serbia respects the wishes of the people of the region who wish to reclaim their homeland. We believe it should be given back to them.

If there are any Serbians being expelled from Azerbaijan, the Kingdom of Serbia will gladly accpet them.

A force of 120 Serbian Royal troops surrounds King Abasi's palace. Their operation to secure the royal family and transport them back to Serbia has commenced. The doors blast open and 15 of the men rush in. They secure the royal family and the 6 uniformed troops that had accompanied them and rushed them to a closed marketplace. Waiting there was a large military aircraft, which they quickly entered. Immidiatly it rushed off for the Kingdom of Serbia.

The Kingdom of Serbian applauds Fascist Carthage's final decision to pull out. But to any nations still planning to carry out an attack on Fascist Carthage is greatly advised to put into consideration the fact that the Serbian royal family still remains in Fascist Carthage lands. If they are harmed by any nation, the Kingdom of Serbia will be thrust into war. Also, Serbian troops and planes ordered into Naboo to aid in restabilization have been ordered to stop at the Carthaginian border as Naboo is now in the capable hands of Imperial Alliance. Meanwhile, we are attempting to make contact with the Kralj and the royal family.

Happy to have his family somewhat safe he turns to a Serbian soldier who was 1 of 6 who had accompanied him. "Go into the next room and change. Give your uniform to President Cutlass. That is an order." The soldier looked baffled for a moment then replied. "Yes your highness." and he disapeared into the next room. "Cutlass, promise me you can keep my family safe or if not you will become a greater enemy to my kingdom than he who slays them."

"I'm afraid we will have to cut these celebrations short, we have received updates on the heating situation to your south. My Armed forces will be arriving soon to ensure our safety. I advise you pull out of Naboo." with that the Kralj braught his family together and told them of the unfolding situation.

The Serbian Navy mobilizes towards the coast of Fascist Carthage. The airforce begins operation deploying Serbian troops in Fascist Carthage. PUBLIC MESSAGE FULL SCALE MILITARY MOBILIZATION TO FASCIST CARTHAGE HAS BEGUN. THE ROYAL FAMILY IS STILL WITHIN CARTHAGINIAN LANDS.

The Kralj carefully skims through the document. In reality, he is possitive he will sign then he turns to his son. "Dragan, please come forth my son." General Dragan walks up to the Kralj, "What is it father?" The Kralj replies, "A possible deal with Fascist Carthage. In exchange for Serbian military aid in stabilization and peacekeeping operations in annexed Naboo, we will receive special aid in combating the Red Paramilitary, and shared Carthaginian ports." Dragans faces lit up, "Father, this is exactly what we need. This is exactly what I've told you! But what it your decision." The Kralj hesitated for a moment then grabbed the pen from President Cutlass's hand and signs.

If they left it alone, they should have no say in what happens to any land they have abandoned. If you had declared that you where protecting it before Carthage moved in, than we will have nothing left to say on the matter, but as it stands I do not believe you ever declared it your protectorate.

Very impressed by the show, the Kralj is almost caught off guard when President Cutlass calls his attention aside. Listening to the proposal he responds, "Serbia has much to gain by sharing ports in the westernmost meditteranean. If your nation has had as much experience in combating organized uprisings than your squads may very well stop the snake of the Red Paramilitary before it injects its venom into our kingdom....We accept, we will aid only in patrolling and stabilizing the annexed region and once that is accomplished, I will bring back my troops." He shakes Cutlass's hand then returns to watching the military show.

We believe Carthage has not violated the rights of any nation since Naboo has in fact fallen to anarchy.

General Dragan speaks with Kralj Petar II while they begin their ride through Casablanca. "Father, if I may have word." The Kralj replies, "Yes, Dragan of course. Speak." Dragan continues, "Father, before you called for us to depart for Casablanca, I was preparing an official military report for you. The Communist paramilitaries are much more organized than first thaught. And what's worse, father, we believe they may have sleeper cells already in Belgrade." The Kralj replies, "That is disturbing news indeed, my son, but why tell me now. Why here?" General Dragan stares out of the window. "This man Cutlass faced communsits before. And, although they may not have been well armed, they were part of a larger challange. A weak democracy, large socialist movement, and anarchists." "Hmm." Kralj Petar began, "What are you trying to tell me Dragan." "What I am trying to..!" Dragan lowers his voice, "What I am trying to tell you is the Red Paramilitaries are going to launch a large strike soon, and they will be ruthless, relentless, and if they get their hands on you, me, mother, Ivana...Cutlass's supporters faught ruthless battles against a ruthless enemy. This must be our stance. I want to inform you father, that I am going to declare a 'First-Strike' plan on the paramilitaries, and I want to meet with Cutlass seperatly from your meeting." The Kralj waves and smiles to Fascist Carthaginian citizens and his family does the same.

The comfortable ride ends with a smooth landing in Casablanca airport. Awaiting the Kralj and his family is President Cutlass who welcomes them as they walk off the plane. "Hello, President Cutlass and thank you for having my family and I. We are greatly honored to be invited here to Fascist Carthage as our first visit outside of our new homeland." Making up the royal family was Kralj Petar II, his wife Aleksandra, 20 year old daughter Ivana, and 28 year old son, and General of the Serbian army, Dragan. The Serbian royal family has departed for Casablanca, Fascist Carthage.
