Cutlass Unleashes New Police Force/ Search for Haifa Wehbe in Full Effect
President Cutlass unveils, or rather, unleashed a new State police-force. They hit the streets of Casablanca and Rabat, along with other nothern cities, while military stationed in south maintains order in southern cities. The new police are more heavily armed, and trained specifically for "block-by-block, house-by-house combat" and will serve most effectively as the last defence of each individual city of the State during times of war, and brutal police force at all times.

Meanwhile, the search for popstar and model, Haifa Wehbe is in full swing. A State search led by the new police force targets the largest cities, planning to hit every large city and town until Haifa is captured. Her remarks against the regime where a great embarrasment and her capture is greatly sought, to set an example for future anti-fascists planning to speak against Fascism. The plan seems to ignore small villages of the nation, but makes up for that gap by strengthening efforts on major cities.

Pop Star Blasts Regime
Haifa Wehbe, mega popular pop artist from Fascist Republic of Carthage
Apon the completion of the Fascist Party Headquarters in Casablanca, a great festival was held. Lasting until midnight last night, the festival contained a minor military parade where the Fascist regime showed off its new arms to the public, a large horse race, even a short futbol game. Ending the festivities was a performance by the very popular,and attractive Pop singer, Haifa Wehbe. Performins several songs including the hit
. But after her performance, and the long applaud, Haifa had some surprisingly critical statements towards the Fascist regime."We have lost many of our personal freedoms, for what? Promises of Empire? Loud talk from a ruthless leader, and even louder rumbling from his new tanks? We have sold our sole to this man, to hear his voice tell us what we wanted to hear. We sought a solution out of the Civil War, but I know that this man will not bring it. He is fattening our country, until it is ripe enough for his liking. And when it is, he will consume it, and in his crazed hunger he will burn and with him our nation will burn. I call on all of you to stop this mad man before he drags our nation with him into an abyss of suffering and pain never seen before in our lands."
Within minutes, armed troops where sent towards the stage but the massive crowd challanged the outnumbered soldiers in time for Haifa to escape. Shots where fired injuring 17, while 14 soldiers suffered minor wounds from being punched and kicked, while 2 others where trampled by the crowd before sending the rest back to regroup. Now Haifa has been branded an enemy of the State, and is sought by the Fascist government to face trial and most likely death. Her website showed video clips not of her performance, but of her speech along with a farewell to fans as Haifa goes into hiding.

Abasi 's Return
Former President Abasi Maturr has triumphantly and quite shockingly returned. Citizens voted overwhelmingly for the return to power of Abasi, this time as monarch. Voting count was called off early when it became evident that Abasi was the most popular for the position, and the Fascist government msot likely do not want his popularity to be known for anymore than his election into monarchy. Despite this, Cutlass attempted to turn the victory into a victory for Fascism, "Look. Look here, for Fascism has given you yet more proof that we will succeed, that we will acheive, that we will return. To where? To empire!!"
King Abasi stated apon his coronation, " I have been elected yet again to look over this nation as its father, but apon my entrance into the palace and onto the throne, my arms and legs where tightly clamped down. What I had been disabled in physical power, I enstrengthend in my voice.. and will prove to be more powerful than the freedom of all my royal limbs."
His statement seems to symbolic express his limited power given up by the Fascist government, and the renewd strength in his national support.

Cutlass Accepts King
In an attempt to avoid national disunity, Cutlass decreed into law the seat of a monarch. Allowing all citizens to vote to decide which will be King, because new election laws have not yet gone into full effect. The king would have very limited powers, and his decisions must pass through the Fascist Grand Council, but he would be greatly symbolic to the population, who feel they are truley on the path to returning to the glory of the Carthaginian Empire at its height.

Protests from the North
While the large military presence on the southern border has kept southern residence largely indoors, citizens in the northern parts of the country call for change. They call for leadership to be by a king, like the late Cartheginian Empire the state seeks to return to. Cutlass's support is still strong and he says he has no plans to step down, and any socialist, or anarchist uprisings are "counter-evolutionary" and a high crime. A group has taken the lead of these protests, making it clear that they propose none of the old ideals but rather a monarchy, perhaps even alongside Cutlass. As the issue heats up, the Fascists move quickly to avoid another Civil War.
In other news, all contact with the military has been cut-off. This station is no longer capable of revealing anymore military action for the time being. Although reports of military movements in southern towns persist. These reports are now also comming from the nothernmost border with the Mediterranean.

More Military Action
While the public was told of military excersizes in three regions of the State, it has only now been released that at each location perminant defences are being set up in regions by the very regiments assigned to train there. We are told that once all excersizes where completed, a veriety of State defences where installed. On the western coast, large artillary batteries are being built aiming out across the Atlantic. In the Alps strategic fortifications are being laid. Meanwhile the mainland is being dottet with verieties of anti-aircraft defences.
It has also been leaked of a massive military buildup and rapid deployment to the southern border with Naboo. When asked if this is the begining of the fulfilment of his promises to expand the Republic Cutlass stated, "I will keep true to my word. I hold this State supreme and will honor my promises to it. The begining will come when it comes, and only when it begins will you have your answer."

Cutlass Announces State Programmes
The first of several State programmes is the Natality Programme. In the hopes of more rapidly increasing the Moroccan population, women are encouraged to have more children. Prizes are even awarded to cities with most prolific mothers. For men, all are given a special bachalor tax until marriage and freedom from all tax once fathering at least 6 children.
Next announced was the State Restructuring Programme. A massive demolition and building programme seeking to rebuild the State from the ground up to glorify the success of the Fascist "evolution", not revolution. Many old, outdated, and abondoned buildings (many abondoned by their socialist owners during the April Coup) have been demolished and as much of the material as possible is recycled into new grand buildings. Huge sums have gone into this programme on building roads, government buildings, and housing projects to name afew.
Last are the largest and most complex Worker Programme and National Unity Programme. Aiming mainly to make the State as self-sufficient as possible, doing so by massive increase in agricultural, light industry, and heavy industrial outputs. Blocking all attempts to install a State language, State religion, or any other measures that may cause a return to internal strife amongst the many cultures of the Fascist Republic of Carthage. Many new, once uninhabital lands are being brought to life, large lakes poisoned by excesses in salt, or other pollutants have been drained, successfully opening up fresh agricultural lands increasing output in this field, as well as securing space for new communities that shall intigrate all ethnicities, cultures, and languages together to mix and effectively unify them under one national identity. Also the Labour Charter of April 10, 2009 promises worker benefits such as social insurence, holidays with pay, and extra compinsation for nightwork and overtime shifts. This is highly reguarded as a more efficient and productive policy, and great success of both the Worker and NatU Programmes. Also, the leisure time of workers (so called danger-hour) has been targeted as a time for people to meet and conspiracize against the State. As well as to "wrongly criticize new plans put forth by the State that have not yet been given the time necessary to reap the benefits of their eventual, successful completion." To significantly lessen the threats of the "danger-hour" it has been decreed into law a National Institute For Post-Work Hour Activity. Uniting all athletic and sports societies, choral societies, bands, university extension groups, night schools, circulating libraries, clubs, and all of their properties under its control. To acheive the ideal of physical training and military efficiency.

Congress of Casablanca 2009
Officials of the National Fascist Party met today in Casablanca to discuss new policy proposals. As most of the old policy where simply tossed out by the Fascists, all new one are saught, and needed quickly to keep the nation intact and stable. During the meeting, former General of the Army, General Ha-Neul Sakut was named secretary of the National Fascist Party. He stated, "The longevity of the first Fascist Congress was not in vein...I believe the meeting was very productive, and its settled policies will work to stabilize the State and spead national advancement towards our ultimate goal. Empire."
The following is a list and explanation of 2 of the "accomplishments" of the Congress of Cassablanca 2009.
1) The national Confederation of Industry (Confindustria) had, before today's Congress, been largely self-governing. These big industrialists where among the first to pledge support for the Fascists during the April Coup, but remained almost free from the State, enjoying excessive freedoms while sending generous gifts to Cutlass's Fascist Party. Helping to pay for the retraining and rearming of the State armed forces, even donating all new uniforms. Full economic cooperation was desired by the new government, but the Confindustria remaind far from their jurisdiction. This ended today, when they ceased to be purely economic and effectively became part of the State's political machinery.
2) The old policy of universal suffrage was effectively reversed and redrawn. Cutlass has passed a new law for future elections. They will be chosen by labour corperations along with other bodies within the Sate. These "bodies" will nominate 800 names from which the Grand Council (council created by Cutlass before assuming complete leadership and after uniting with former Nationalist party, composed of top level Fascist Party members) selects 400 to be passed to the electoarate for approval. Also, new requiements regarding elegibility to vote have been announced. Voting is open to all men and women of the Fascist Republic of Carthage, wh are at least 21 years of age, and have payed contributions to the corporations of passed one of several other unspecified tests.
3) Third was plan of several State programmes that will be announced later on, and the issuence of a new State institution. The exact date of when the programmess will take place is currently unknown. It is also currently unknown what each programmes and institutions will seek to attain for the State.
General Ha-Neul announced publicly, "The army, education, labor, sports, and nationalism policies are to seek developement in the bodies and minds of citizens from childhood on, as well as a feeling of obligation for combat and sacrifice in behalf of the State."

Military Excersizes
Today the Fascist Republic of Carthage begins heavy military exersizes, complimenting the rapid military growth since the Fascist coup. Simultanious excersizes took place in the Atlas mountains, Sahara, and western coast of the Fascist Republic.

Our nation is experienced with struggles against violent Socialists/Communists, and has grown mistrusting of the very ideology. Although, we will consider trade with known peaceful "Red" nations, we believe Article 3 still has a high risk of being exploited to spread Communist ideals.

Leader Cutlass stated, "These brave people have made a perfect example of nationalist success for attaining unity for a common cause. The strength of their national unity is an example to our State for a level of nationalism to be strived for in our deverse republic. I praise these people and wish them luck on their front."

For the benefit of the greater good of our comrades aggressive war may be required. If a comrade is involved in an aggressive war, the other signatories of the pact will vote collectively on whether to aid the aggressor. If a 50% majority passes all signatories will join in and fight for their comrade. '
We protest with Article 3 of this Communist pact. We proclaim that it will most likely be used as an excuse for the forceful spread of Communism outside the boundaries of the nation signatories of the Comintern. Our State, at this point declares that we will not accept any Communist goods or services into the Republic, to avoid the invasion of this dangerous ideology again into our State.

This fact renders their accusations of coercing the population pointless. The party they saught is ours, and the parties they saught to escape are gone. Leader Cutlass has canceled all spending set up by the former government, and is rewriting State spending, eliminating the old budget, pulling spending from projects like "excessive" worker benefits, and funneling them massively into the State miltiary. The military has seen a rapid growth as many young and old men anxiously seek to serve the State. Cutlass has at his disposal more resources, especially man-power, than conceived by the old administration who had governed over a split nation.

Cutlass grants the Government authority over business and labor, putting the economy in control of the National Fascist Party. With this he has put thousands of Moroccans to work constructing factories, building highways, making weapons, and serving in the military for the Republic of Carthage. As a result unemployment has dropped to 1%. These great acheivments of Fascism have been broadcast and published around the nation by all radio stations and publications while informing the public of the Fascist doctrines.

Today President Cutlass held a speak gathering a crowd twice the size witnessed at his April Rally.
"We have witnessed the collapse of democracy due to its weak stance against the radical, terroristic Socialist and Anarchist "movements". It allowed for caos, opening the door to strife within the state. We have witnesed the collapse of Anarchist in its attempts to abolish the very State we have organized together. Looking to replace the Order of law with the Law of the Jungle. We have witnessed the fall of Socialism and its wreckles works. Their fantasy of a classless State, erasing the things so critical to State stability because of each class's special role in a working society. And finally, the triumph of Fascism. Bringing order where there was none, strength where there was none, and hope where there was none. By using guidence when possible and force when necessary we have attaind victory and will continue to attain it. Because in this world every nation joins in a struggle, and naturally, peacefull states are doomed to conquest. In this land the State is supreme. Sacrifices for the State, allegence to the leader, loyalty to the party! To where!!"

Elections today where put on hold when the Presidential Palace was found flooded this morning. Its pipes had burst overnight flooding the enite building. President Cutlass claims it is the work of the socialists causing national fears of socialism to grow. Also, Cutlass declared the new capital in Casablanca and government building to be the large Casablanca city hall.
Then, elections took place with Cutlass's Fascist Party winning a slight majority. Cutlass released a statement regarding his victory and foreign response to the coup.
"My first order is a call for national unrest to cease. No more attacks on any citizens of different ideological standing. As leaders of the State, we Fascists now guide all who inhabit it, but we do not seek to irradicate our own countrymen. Also, Democracy has failed us for the last time, the last remnants of its stain are abolished today! And our National Party is to dominate this leadership from now on. I will allow no toleration for the caos that was invited into our State by democracy. To Empire!!!"

Widespread violence persists even as Cutlass assumes his place as President in Casablanca. The fear of a total Fascist uprising pushes the Government to impeach Abasi, replacing him with the much more capable, and popular, Cutlass. Effectively giving him control of the nation "legally". He immidiatly calls for all new elections of government hoping to gain a Fascist majority in the crumbling democratic system.

Cutlass's success as an organizer and speaker has led his Fascist party to quickly become the largest party in the Republic of Carthage. During the night, thousands of organized Fascists marched on Rabat surrounding the Presidential Palace pulling the President out of bed. The Fascist horde demanded of President Abasi to place Cutless in charge of the Government. Barely able to speak, Abasi gave his permission for Cutlass to form his own government, based in Casablanca. The Fascist coup has begun, as wide spread uprisings around the nation reignite the Civil War in one last blaze to burn it out. Socialists and forced out of their homes and shot on the street, socialist owned shops are looted and burned, and towns claimed in the name of socialism have been declared "liberated" by the Fascists.

"Uprising Quelled"
President Abasi announces a triumphant quelling of the Anarchist movement. As the Anarchists are all but eliminated form our lands, as the government celebrates, the powerful Socialist movement has laid claim to several towns in the southern parts of the nation in the name of socialism. Despite this, the President has ordered his troops to return to Rabat, the capital, for a victory parade. This time Cutlass need not speak on the foolishness of this move, the public is outraged that the government is allowign the Socialists such freedoms. It is rumored that 6 towns have fallen to the Socialists, but the armed forces are barely in any position to defend the nation anyways, claimed several men from the President's cabinet. This did not help to settle growing fears of a militant Socialist workers revolt. This fear is gripping tightest on the nation's middle class, aristocracy, leaders of industry, as well as much of the tired and frustrated army. All of these groups seemed to simultaniously rally in support in support of Cutlass's extreme Nationalist movement, in other terms Fascism, which the nation prefers to the Socialists and especially to the failling democratic system. A strong group, hundreds of members strong, has taken to the streets in support of Cutlass. Identifying themselves with grey shirts, they have begun to attack Socialists and remaining Anarchists, on the streets breaking up their rallies and storming their meeting halls; "they are combating the groups better than the government had" stated Cutlass.

When asked before his departure to meet with the King, of th statement from the Molakian senate, Cutlass replied, "The fools in the Molakian senate simply have no say in our State affairs.
