Fascist Carthage annexed Naboo's Africa claims.

Prince Acahuana Chavez, God of Building and Creation and Crown Prince of the New Inca Empire, names himself an ally of the Fascist Republic of Carthage and a candidate for the leadership of former Naboo.
OOC: Something I've noticed, Cabal, your nation is nowhere near Carthage.
OOC: Whats your point?
IC: Prince Acahuana Chavez, as a friend of Fascist Carthage, will be placed on the ballot. The first people line the streets of larger towns to begin voting. One man said, "I'm writing in Cutlass, he is a strong leader who saved first, his own country and now ours from anarchy." Another man replied ,"No, Cutlass has helped us a great deal but now he must step back as we choose one of our own." A woman turned to the reporter and told him, "Prince Acahuana is ready to guide our people, and he seems more capable than any of the regional leaders here to lead us." An oldman agreed with the womans statement. Now the elections begin, in much of the country, while the rest of the voting stations are being set up in the rest of the region.

Awaiting arrival of Kralj Petar II the royal family, President Cutlass prepares an entire hotel for the royal family to stay in. Elaboratly uniformed guards partol the area, as two gold painted tanks are stationed at the outer entrance to create a feeling of complete security and further glorify the Fascist military.
Cutlass and his advisors await the royal family's arrival at the Casablanca airport, which has already seen figures from several nations from all parts of the world. The city, and especially the airport are quickly becoming famous for their foreign visitors.

With the annexation of what was known as Naboo, before falling to anarchy, the Fascist Republic of Carthage is now working tirelessly to put in place a strong central government. The Nabooin coast has been added to Fascist Carthaginian claims while the rest of Carethage controlled Naboo will remain occupied while the people of the region, rather than being forced to Fascism, are asked to vote on a govenrment type, while it is reported that Carthaginian Fascism is gaining popularity as the people search to find a new national identity. Television has been slightly restored to the region sharing the same programs as Fascist Carthage. Aid and supplies are dropped in towns, villages, and cities in former Naboo to replenish the starved population who squandered most of their goods during rapid looting and burning of Nabooin stores. While the Carthaginian military acts largely as a policing force aside from combating armed anarchists. Polling stations are being set up, while simple voting will begin soon. President Cutlass stated, "We are a nation of strong order, and as an enemy of order, anarchy must be eliminated and replaced by a stable, orderly system. Such a system must be created by the governed people under it, just as ours was created by no others but us."

Trade With New France
In light of the success of the Casablanca meeting, President Cutlass delcares there will soon be enough cheap bread to end the crisis. The nation has lacked a large surplus of wheat, leading to a lack of bread, which is a very large part of the Moroccan diet. It has been becoming more difficult to get a hold of, and if one was lucky enough to get it, inflation kept most people to simply eat something else. Now, oil tankers have departed from the State en route to New France as we await the first arrival of wheat from our oversea friends.

The liaisons sent to Artemis Global Security, Gebiv, and the Iberian Federation relay a message from Major General Malinović that his forces are in Artemis-controlled territory and are ready to support an Artemis land invasion of fascist Carthage or launch an amphibious assault by themselves. If the second option is decided upon, JTF Carthage would take 2-3 days to reach the objective because the journey would be slowed by having to bypass the Canadian Canary Islands.
A public statement was released saying that standard Arctican rules of engagement were in effect when dealing with enemy units. JTF Carthage will not impede humanitarian efforts. If the situation allows, surplus soldiers and vehicles will protect humanitarian transports that are inadequately protected and will help distribute aid to civilians if such help is requested. Any prisoners of war taken by an Arctican unit will be handed over to Gebiv when the situation allows.
Fliers distributed among the task force, not released to the public, specified how to deal with civilians. (OOC: I stole them)
OOC: It's been more than 48 hours, is this still on? Also, are you ready, Cabal? You said you needed more time.
OOC: ready for what? There has been no declaration of war and Fascist Carthage has complied with Gebiv's ultimatum.
IC: In light of mass military movements picked up by the Fascist Carthaginian military, the nation has moved to DEFCON 3. The military is putting close monitors on its border, skies, and coasts.

"I am glad I could be of assistance, friends." With a final salute, the men are escorted on to their plane to return home.

At that Cutlass stood, followed by the rest of the men int he room who all gave President Beaumont the national salute. Then Cutlass spoke, "Congratulations all on this successful meeting. There is a car waiting for you outside Mr. Beaumont, our guards will take you back to the airport, and off on a safe trip back home." The meeting was over, the deal was set, and a powerful friendship had been formed.

If anarchy in Naboo is confirmed we wil restore order. Parts of its territory will be administered by the Republic Carthage and stable governments will be put in place. We will give the government of Naboo, if it exists, 24 hours to respond.

Carthaginian Troops Deployed
As rumors of the end of any real government in our southern neighbors, the miltiary has been sent into Naboo's Africa holdings to know for sure. If anarchy rules in the southern neighbor then it could very well spread north, refuling a Civil War that caused great death and destruction in our lands not long ago.

"This proposal is completely acceptable, but may I add one more thing? In exchange for receiving New France observers, I propose we have a personnel exchange. In exchange for your observers, we offer advisors to annalyse the situation in New France and provide suggestion as to how we would address the situation. We know unity eludes your nation, we are willing to help you acheive it."

General Abdul-Rahim was the first to speak. "We understand you have a surplus of military hardware, but lack a necessary amount of troops...well to use it. One way I propose we could aid you in this curiouse dilemma, is in the purchase of your extra military equipment."
Then a Fascist Partymember cut in. "We also know of your ambitions for your auto industry, with this we can help. Recent discoveries of large natural oil reserves in our lands opens up a new field of negotiation between our nations. We could provide you with exclusive access to our oil for a cheap price in exchange for a lower cost for your excess military hardware. Also, our nation is in need of wheat. The public complains there is no longer enough bread, and a raise in demand along with a fall in supply has led to inflation of this vital product. If you can provide the wheat for our tables, and hardware for our armed forces, we can provide the fuel to get your auto industry on the road. What say you to this?"
Cutlass sat back. The meeting was going exactly as planned, everyone had agreed before-hand what to propose and all it took now was President Beaumont's acceptance.

Arriving at the large Fascist Party Head Quarters, the men exited the car. "And here we are." Cutlass advanced afew steps before stopping and facing the guards. Giving them a salute, the men replied, "To Empire." as they issued a 'Green Light' to the guards inside to open the large doors. The two men entered the extravigant building. Ceremonially dressed guards lined a large hallway of many doors. Cutlass led Beaumont to an elevator, pressing several number simultaniously. The two where taken down to the lower levels of the building, past the lowest floor according tot he elevator. The doors opened and they followed another large hallway adorned with large portraits of Cutlass, and pictures from his famous speaches. Finally they reached large doors, opened by two heavily armed guards. Within the huge room was a large table, set with Carthaginian military officials and Fascist Party members. Cutlass had Beaumont sit on one end while he took his place at the head of the meeting table. "Now, we begin." He smiled again.

"Good, very good." he replied, his attention obviously somewhere else. Then they stepped outside, and sudenly Cutlass stopped and faced Beaumont. "The meeting begins when we arrive." Then a large convoy of military vehicles arrived. In front was a tan camoflauged jeep. Cutlass dismissed his security personnel and sat in the driver's seat, then invited President Beaumont in. "Please come and sit, I'll drive you to the meeting myself. I've always prefered the driver's seat to any other. This way I can go as fast as I want, and no matter what car I am in, I will reach my destination." At this he smiled for the first time.

Cutlass's boots clicked loudly as he took brisk, confident strides through the airport. Occassionally turning his head and saluting military personnel who returned the salute and threw in a "To Empire" to their beloved dictator. Finally, Cutlass braught his attention to President Beaumont.
"How as your trip Mr. President. I have high hopes that it was extremely comfortable."

Cutlass denied the presidents handshake. Instead he gave President Beaumont the national Fascist salute. A risky move perhaps, but this was his country and Beaumont would have to play by his rules.
"Welcome to the Fascist Republic of Carthage Monsieur Président. If you would please follow me through the terminal we can begin some slight discussion before we reach the meeting."

For this visit, Cutlass has closed the Casablanca airport down for several hours until the royal Serbian family arrives and leaves the airport. A massive parade has been coordinated, a celebratory welcoming will take place, providing food and activities for Carthaginian citizens, while the Royal family gets to enjoy the sight, and the Fascist government shows off their military and happiness of their citizens.
Finally, the large plane arrives. Brand new military vehicles await the royal family to transport them safely around Casablanca to view the celebrations. Kingdom of Serbia flags fly at half mast before National Fascist Party Flags. Cutlass waits anxiously to show off his State to the King.
