Posted 21 May 2014 - 09:23:34 AMI doubt anyone wanted to be Emperor right after Brehon. Thank you Farrin for stepping in and taking the reigns. That took a lot of guts.
Now I am not surprise to see Letum as Emperor. He seems to have the demeanor for it. I will also be not surprise if after Letum steps down, it will be remembered as NPO’s greatest time since pre Karma days.

Like it or not GOONs was a player when it was alive and kicking. Have not heard much about this alliance in awhile which is not very GOON like so it was probably a good decision to disband.

Personally, I am against reps but I understand it is sometimes necessary. This is not one them and am glad it ended the way it did.

In my 5+ years as a Pacifican, i think this is the first time NPO is on a coalition war in the same side as VE (and Umbrella for that matter). Feels wierd.
Anyway, I fought against M16 and VE nations in the past. Both alliances don't hold back during war. Should be a good one.

First war as a member of NPO was the Jarhead war. Hardly remembered anything in that war. Was bored with the game than....Karma (Called Armageddon war by Pacificans) happened. Was hooked!

Last war we went directly for who we had an issue with.
This time around we have Pacificans saying they hit SNX to get at Polaris. Do I need draw you a map? I will if I need to.In the grand scheme of things, does it really matter who we hit in your coalition? Either way NpO will be drawn in just as you knew Pacifica was going to be drawn in when you hit one of ours from the last war.

As I noted elsewhere, NPO has really allowed themselves to be manipulated into a very poor position. They should try to negotiate a clean exit early before they lose too much strength, which will be needed against their new friends down the road.
