Alyssa looked around nervously. She loved meeting new people but these people seemed so... weird. She grinned and went up to the young Aaron fellow, and demurely held out her hand.
"My name's Alyssa Carter, and I'm a model. Pleased to meet you." She kissed him lightly on the cheek as she greeted him, looking over his shoulder at her competi... New friends"
'This will be fun indeed...' She thought.

As televisions across the world are being switched on, the flashy blue and white 'Big Brother' logo appears on the screen, giving way to an attractive woman on stage infront of thousands of screaming fans.
"Welcome, one and all, to the first reality TV show to be held, well.. Anywhere! My name is Cynthia Cross and I will be your host for tonight's Big Brother inauguration! We have 14 participants hand picked by a special team of psychiatrists and personality experts, who made sure each and every participant was right for this show! And here they are now!"
The fourteen 'housemates' file up on stage, each of them smiling or waving to the crowd, screams being heard from the fans.
"And here we have it! The fourteen new housemates! Each has been 'locked-down' in a hotel for two days so they are pre-conditioned to the fact that they will be without contact from the outside world. However, we will make sure each housemate is safe and secure in their new environment! And without further ado, let me introduce them all!"
The crowd goes wild as Cynthia pulls out a list.
"The new housemates are as follows, in no particular order: Comrade Ivan, Meyer Yussel, Chris Beauregard, Felix Hohenzollern, Alyssa Carter, Ashley Williams, Chris Silver, Chad Izadick, Aaron Constantine, Retd. Lt. Gen. Vattan Thampuran, Theresa Carter, Jimmy Raymes, Katrina Michaelson, and last but not least, MacKenzie Martin!"
All the housemates wave as their names are read out, before Cynthia takes to the mic again
"This is it. We are ready to open the doors of the house and let the Housemates in!" The crowd cheers wildly as the two big orange doors open and the housemates are shown inside.

"Our housemates are inside, and now, as we close the doors, their new life begins! I am Cynthia Cross and this has been the inauguration episode of Big Brother! Stay tuned for more action as the housemates adjust to life.. On the inside!"

So basically, people have been saying that CNRP is getting boring. So to combat this, I want to do an RP based on Big Brother. We would RP our characters, create situations for each other, and generally have a good time making sure this is as juicy and as scandalous as possible. You know what I'm talking about, I'm sure. Every season of Big Brother has had some sort of controversy in it, right?
So. If you're keen. Sign up below. Please make sure to include the Character profile i've made esp. for this RP. Basically you can choose who to RP, but ideally it would be cool if there was a mix of celebrities (country specific, eg, I would RP a celeb from Annihilation), and 'common' everyday people.
It's not meant to be violent, so please don't RP people killing each other or whatever. It's supposed to be light hearted and fun.. And a little risque at times (whilst keeping within forum rules).
Also, before I forget. How we'll do voting is each week (maybe every two days RL, this is open to discussion), people will nominate other characters (perhaps by PM?) to be voted off, and the person with the most votes will be cast off out of the house, like a competition. I might actually throw in a cash incentive to be sent to the winner.

Austervania, being a pacific nation with all of it's holdings within 500km of the Pacific Ocean, would like to sign on as a pacific holding nation, as we are also not comfortable with the MDP portion of the treaty.

Greetings to our potential treaty partners. The Pax Pacifica is intended to promote peace and economic growth in the pacific, and to strengthen ties between the signing countries. We have reason to believe that the old Pax Pacifica treaty, initiated by a great man, had lost its strength.
We want to reunite countries and help each other to grow so the Pacific may become strong once again.
Signatories of the old treaty are please asked to resubmit their applications for admittance, stating whether they would like to be a Pacific Central Nation(PCN) , or a Pacific Holding Nation (PHN) - Explained below:
Pax PacificaThis treaty set out to maintain peace in the pacific, allowing them privileges to disarm potential strife and enable greater economic growth within this region.
Clause One. Non aggression. Signatories of this pact agree to not initiate states of war nor engage in covert or overt military actions against each other.
Clause Two. Mutual defense. Signatories of this pact agree to aid and defend each other in the instance of a foreign attack in the pacific region.
Clause Three. Intelligence. Signatories of this pact agree to share any and all knowledge they have pertaining to the national security of other signatories.
Clause Four. Trade. Signatories of this pact agree to allow other signatories free access to their internal markets.
Clause Five. Waters. Signatories of this pact agree to allow all vessels from other signatories passage through their waters.
Definition One. Pacific central nation: A nation with more than 50% of their landmass in or within 500km of the pacific ocean, and holding pacific oceanic coastline.
Definition Two. Pacific holding nation. A nation with any territory that is within or with pacific oceanic coastline.
Pacific central nations can sign all clauses, Pacific holding nations can only sign Clauses One, Four and Five.
Amendments: The treaty can be amended by a simple majority of Pacific Central signatories.
New Signatories: New signatories can be added with a simple majority of Pacific Central signatories in favour
Where as, if a signatory has broken the letter or the sprit of this Pax, then they may be expelled with a 2/3rds majority.
Deadlock: In the case of deadlock, Annihilation, as founding member, casts the deciding vote.
We thank all countries for their applications in advance, and hope all members of the Pacific will endeavour to apply to this Treaty.

OOC: YAY UPDATE!!! Plus, I get internet back soon, so extra yay! Also, comments are really appreciated. I am nervous about this IC piece and want it to be received well> I tried to convey a lot of emotion, but it's hard because I, personally, have not been in this kind of situation before.

Charli looked closely as Sarah moved around the room, questioning Sarah’s actions in her mind. She didn’t know what to say at this point. She stood completely still, on the spot as if she were a statue. Slowly, Sarah moved towards her and put her hand on Charli’s shoulder. Charli knew something was not right, and she was about to find out.
"Charli, Mykep is dead, I killed him with that rapier on the table."
Time stops. Nothing in this room moves as Charli looks around at what must have happened here. She looks at Sarah. A hard, questioning look, before all emotion drops off her face like a waterfall. Mykep is dead. HER Mykep. Charli drops to the ground as her tears start to fall. Salty, watery tears. Her hands crawl upwards to her face, covering it. How could this happen? The Mykep I knew was not a monster, so why did he want to kill Sarah? Thoughts start running through her mind. Suddenly, Sarah’s voice fills her ears and she looks up, tears still streaming down towards the ground.
Her body does not move as Sarah explains her reasoning. Charli sits there, quietly, shaking her head ever so slightly. She looks up at the stab wound and sighs, before her head drops, her mind devoid of any emotion, as the tears continue to fall. Sarah continues to speak but the words do not register. Nothing makes sense anymore.
"… I am happy he's dead and I'm happy I killed him."
Charli stands up, and looks at Sarah, rage pulsing through her body,
“HOW CAN YOU BE HAPPY THAT YOU KILLED THE MAN I LOVED? MYKEP IS DEAD AND NOTHING I DO WILL BRING HIM BACK. NOTHING YOU SAY WILL MAKE THIS ANY BETTER! HOW CAN YOU BE HAPPY ABOUT THIS? THE FATHER OF A CHILD THAT IS GROWING INSIDE ME IS DEAD. ARE YOU HAPPY? HAPPY THAT MY CHILD WILL GROW UP WITHOUT A FATHER?”
Charli walks to the other end of the room and punches the wall, her fist making a hole in the wood. She turns back to Sarah and grabs the letter off the table, opening it and reading its contents. Flicking her eyes over the letter a few times, she stands up and straightens out her clothes, rubbing her hand over the smallish bump, remembering the night where they had become one.
She turns to Sarah and sighs.
“I cannot forgive you at this present time. You killed the man I loved, and the father of this child that is growing inside of me. You know, I was happy to be pregnant. I was going to quit politics, move in with Mykep, and we would be a family. But now, this baby will be forever tarnished with the fact that it’s birth will foreshadowed by its father’s death. I hope you are still happy that you killed Mykep. I hope you can’t get to sleep at night because of this. And I, I guess I hope we can still be friends. But not right now.”
Charli glares at Sarah before turning sharply and walking out of the ballroom. She runs down the stairs and out the main door, running as fast as she can, out of Solidor Manor and out into the mean streets of Brisbane.

Madame Unicorn followed the suited men out of her jet and into the limousine, the rain falling like tears from the sky, like it was crying over a lost soul.
The limousine drive was quiet, no one saying anything, rain lashing against the windows being the only sound that can be heard over the purr of the engine. Driving into the Manor, Madame Unicorn sighed. She could feel the eeriness. It didn’t make sense anymore. Why did Sarah invite her here?
Madame Unicorn stepped out of the limo and nodded as the Lillian Guards gave her a quick heads up. She entered the ballroom and sitting there, looking dishevelled and tired, was her friend Sarah Tintagyl. Madame Unicorn felt scared as she walked slowly into the room, noticing the rapier and letter in Sarah’s hands.
“Ah, Sarah… I feel that we do meet on unfortunate terms, however I am at least happy to see you.”
Madame Unicorn could only mouth pleasantries as she took a closer look at Sarah’s face. Her normally blue eyes had been seemingly replaced by dark, deep grey eyes. Normally Sarah seemed to have a bounce in her step and a cheerful voice, but this did not seem to be. Madame Unicorn hugged Sarah lightly and let her go, sighing.
“So… Why am I here? I do not comprehend what has been happening. Please, fill me in.”

A month had passed since Madame Unicorn had seen Mykep, felt him in her arms. A month since they had become one...
Since that evening, she had heard nothing from him.
As each day passed, Madame Unicorn became more and more anxious, and more reclusive. How could she survive if she didnt talk to the one she loved? She had been consumed by love, and now it was controlling her more and more.
Finally, one sunny Wednesday afternoon, as Madame Unicorn was finishing some paperwork, Constance rushed into her office with a note.
"Madame.. Here is a letter from Sarah Tintagyl. You need to action this immediately."
Madame Unicorn took the letter and read it, her eyes opening wide with shock. She stood up and clenched her fist, the paper being crushed like a glass. She sighed and lookd at Constance.
"I need to get to Brisbane immediately. Have the jet ready at the airport and a car waiting. I will pack a few things."
As she ran up to her bedroom, Madame Unicorn sighed. She had hoped that Mykep would contact her, but it seemed her suspicions would be confirmed. Shaking her head, she threw some clothes into a bag, tidied herself up, and ran down to the car, ready to be taken to the airport...
Shaking, she looked out the window as the jet came into view. She knew what was going to happen. Something in her head kept whispering "he's dead...". Madame Unicorn did not know how, but she had a strong feeling that it had been something to do with Sarah.
Approaching Brisbane awhile later, Madame Unicorn had relaxed considerably. She had accepted that she needed to be prepared for the worst, but a glimmer of hope still shone in her head. Feeling the plane descend, Madame Unicorn stood up, ready for anything.

1) Where are they from? Amanda was born in Annihilation, but now resides in Tokyo, Japan.

3) Do they have some sort of higher education? Bachelors Degree in Economics.
4) Are their parents alive? Father
5) If their parents aren't alive how did they die? Mother was fatally wounded during a bank robbery.
6) Do they have any living relatives? Father, younger sister, and over-protective Aunty
7) Do they have any close friends, wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend? She has a boyfriend.
8) How much influence doe these people have on your character? Aunty is annoying, but gives good advice. Father is important as her "rock". Family is important to her, but her love of her boyfriend is what drives her.
9) What is your characters political alignment? Capitalist.
10) What event or events pushed your character towards that political view? Having a strong interest in economies and the fact that she studied the subject at university.
11) What does your character aspire to be in life? She's not really too sure yet, having just graduated from university
12) Every character has to have some sort of motivation. They must have something that compels them to act in the way that they act. Without this motivation or motivations the characters actions are far to often random and based upon the whims of the role player. What motivates your character? She's motivated by her friends and family, she has a strong life force and she is driven to do what is right, but if she gets attacked or she is hurt she will fight back ferociously.
13) What are your character's strengths? She is fantastic at sword fighting, mainly with katana. Oh and she's good at martial arts. Martial arts and economics are her passions, and she is agile.
14) What are your character's weaknesses? Messy, and un-organised. Also, very poor time management skills.

Alyssa looks around and sees a old-looking man standing around. She smiles and notices his communist paraphrenalia, and walks up to him, smiling.
"So, I think Karl Marx was a pretty sweet guy.. The Communist Manifesto is one of my favourite books ever." She extends her hand out,
"I am Alyssa. Good evening, Comrade."
