The Veran Government finds the proposed territorial water boundaries to be acceptable. Our government will get into contact with Rossiskaya concerning the shaded red area restricting military vessels from moving out of Veran Waters. The Veran People thank you, Imperator Azenquor.

The Veran Empire discloses a moderate amount of discontent with this action of the Vaule Empire. While the Veran Government recognizes the right of the larger nation to do so, closing off of the waters north of the Vaule Protectorate in that manner to military vessels completely cuts off the Veran Empire (within protectorate but not mapped above) from open sea access. The Veran Government (and people) profess the wish to know what has brought this about.

Regardless of the Bolshevik Federation's dislike for this pact, the Veran People have made their desires clear. The Veran Empire wishes to join the Eurasian Axis Pact. It should be held to know that the Veran leader of Vira'Khail is apologetic towards the Bolshevik Federation, but his people do come first, and hopes that this act will not decrease the Bolshevik Federation's standing with the Veran Empire.

The Veran Government is, as of this moment, deciding to stay neutral in the creation of this pact. Truthfully, the pacts itself interests the Veran government and, likewise, the Empire's people, but the opposition to the pact by our allied brothers to the south, the Bolshevik Federation, is cause for slight alarm. The Veran Government does not wish to make enemies of allies, nor does it wish to make enemies of potential allies. The Veran Government may change it's stance either Pro or Con pact dependant on the outcome of the entity disagreement.
