  1. I must say, this is sounding quite appetizing. Did you know we have an entire forum dedicated to bacon over at ML?
  2. To the last infra and beyond! o/ Never surrender!
  3. This is true. However, DOOM fighting NSO and getting declared on by STA could not harm ML - considering we were already at war with said alliances.
  4. If that is the case, why did NpO not declare on ML when the STA did? I am genuinely confused. I have not intentionally done so. I truly believe that everything I have typed to be true. I'm not saying that I can't be wrong.
  5. This may be the case. Honestly, I cannot say I know the ruler of every alliance. And, just for the record, DOOM only attacked NSO nations attacking ML members. At no time was the STA actually threatened by DOOM. Only their MDP with NSO is relevant.
  6. You are quite right. However, the NpO does NOT have a MDP with NSO. The STA declared on DOOM. The STA declared on ML. NpO chose not to declare on ML. NpO then chose to declare on DOOM, which is exactly the same as declaring on ML because it says so in our protectorate treaty with them. Don't get me wrong. We are not complaining about the wars at all; we are merely pointing out the facts.
  7. Yes. Otherwise, the baiting for people to declare on you would not have happened.
  8. HeinousOne, perhaps you are right about throwing the word 'cowardly' around, but actions should speak louder than words.
  9. They have their own sovereignty. Who are we to take it from them? They knew what they were getting into. Had the NpO not jumped in, then they would be fighting the same people we were. Again, NpO made that decision.
  10. Well, you know how we roll: gotta help our friends out! DOOM was our protectorate. NpO declared on us through them. Now, only if we had offensive slots...
  11. Lol, indeed. Then again, this is more like a world power beating up some kids on the playground.
  12. Except that DOOM didn't declare on STA, they declared on the NSO. STA declared on DOOM, just as they declared on ML. Get your facts straight.
  13. Well, DOOM did declare on a 150 nation alliance, which they knew would bring in an almost 200-nation alliance. That alone is enough to be considered a larger opponent and to take all the available war slots. NpO coming in does nothing and just proves they wanted to bandwagon on the smallest target out there. o/ DOOM
  14. About time? Has the 20-nation DOOM been on their target list?
  15. No hard feelings at all, just a bit of confusion. I understand helping friends out - hell, that is what we are all about. But, what is confusing to me, is why did NpO declare on DOOM? Why not Molon Labe any of the others mentioned? We are, after all, fighting the STA right now. You can't say that it is because DOOM attacked STA because they declared on the NSO and STA on DOOM (not overkill at all, but they, at least, are treatied). It is the same situation ML is in. I fail to see the honor in a 377-nation alliance optionally jumping in to help two more alliances of over 300 combined nations against a 20-nation alliance. Zeke is 100% correct. All this was is an excuse to join in the hostilities. Saying it is anything else is laughable. o7 NpO
  16. You got me! I do play CN during the day while working. It is a nice break from doing real work. However, mocking me for not knowing 'enough' about Star Wars really is quite rich - and unnecessary. That is all.
  17. Nope, sure didn't. I go outside and enjoy the real world. Asinine comments make you look so nice in your furry chewbacca suit!
  18. lol, nice one! It also helps that you have three times as many nations, but we can take it. This whole losing strength thing is just a ploy. We are lulling you into a false sense of security before we issue the mass beat-down. The Sith were purged once from the Galaxy (albeit one far, far away), and they can be again! o/ seemingly overwhelming odds o/ TPF o/ Molon Labe
  19. Some would say this sounds like you are so scared of the odds (even skewed in your favor as they are) that you feel like you need the NpO to come to your aid. I would say that - as would many others. This isn't the STA's official position is it? It seems that most of the people in the STA are pretty decent and haven't been throwing insults to the nations they fight. Some, however, don't seem to understand common courtesy. If you want the NpO to come in, beg them to join. I would also like to say that DOOM has the right to declare on whomever they wish. If you want to fight DOOM as well, you can declare on them. It isn't as if we can protect them from this global conflict anyway. I'm sure the already-outnumbered 20-nation alliance will have no problem with another 195 nations declaring on them on top of the 150 nations they have already engaged. As Oedipus said, the only difference will be in escalation. o/ DOOM o/ Honor o/ War - the ultimate sport
  20. Pepper has it right. This is a nice gesture from TPF.
  21. The civility between combatants in this conflict remind me of accounts I have read of how the British and French officers acted towards each other during the Napoleonic War. Kill each other during the day and invite the other to dinner that night.
