NSO are nothing more than a weak little kid hiding behind a giant bully! They are trying to provoke TDO into starting a war by insulting their sovereignty and then they run behind the Frostbite accord knowing that their allies will simply step in before anything becomes too hot. You see when GOP were discovered to have a big BIG protectorate the cowardly NSO went on their hand and knees and essentially begged for forgiveness, well while you are down there, there is a little something you can suck on too! And those who say that they are more than willing to step up against TDO for the NSO, well I would like to say to you that the only people that have posted for the NSO are the people with the Frostbite logo as their signature! So suck it! Secondly the stance by a number of forum members that TDO is spineless, haha! I would be assured that if your unaligned alliance was PMed by some pathetic excuse for an alliance (essentially a watered down NPO) you wouldn't go out with guns blazing, and if you did you would simply laughed off the boards. TDO = Smart. Finally I am trying to remember the reasons for this so called "Karma War" was it something to do with sneaky, snakey ways of people warping the facts and using aggression as a way to dominate Planet Bob. And I am just trying to remember when this all really started to get out of control... Was it when NPO attacked the neutral GPA? I am just trying to remember you know for facts sake!

As an external observer I agree with neither side now: -Karma started out with good intentions with the idea to free up the game from the tyranny of NPO, to essentially allow people to play the game without the trepidation that they would be wiped off the map just because NPO choose so. Now, however, Karma want retribution instead of freedom, they want to make those who caused suffering to suffer in turn. And therefore make the game unplayable for those who choose to align with NPO, so hypocrisy reigns supreme in Karma at the moment. -On the other hand we have NPO a machine that manipulated and controlled Planet Bob since nearly its conception. The Viet-Fan War is one the most despicable crushing of other people's fun, the GPA war was nothing more then a giant tech raid masqueraded as a legitimate war, and time and time again people came to the boards to speak of the corruption and nepotism that malignantly spread through NPO's ranks. And now when the tables are turned on NPO do they show remorse for their actions? NO! They simply accuse Karma of victimizing them when the crimes they committed are ignored by each of their members. -So at the end of the day what has changed in Planet Bob??? Not much; the Viet-Fan war still rages on now it should be simply titled the Viet-NPO war. Are the large neutral alliances of Planet Bob, left to their own devices??? Certainly not, the prevailing attitude of the Neutral Menace still lingers in the minds of many. The only thing that has changed is the wealth of the Coalition has been distributed evenly among the Karma alliances.

I think (as an independent observer) that: Firstly the surrender terms should not allow NPO to sign any treaties for the first 6 months of their surrender, and that any further treaties cannot be passed without ratification by the leaders of Karma. Secondly reparations should be 18 million and 300 tech from every member (932*$18,000,000 = $16.776 billion & 932*300 tech= 279,600 tech). Thirdly Military: A nuclear arms cap of 50 arms for 6 months. All nations to have military at 20% of pop. (The minimum.) Anything else would be too harsh.
