Thom and I have been in discussions over this issue ever since the first attack happened after the peace was agreed upon. I even came to them when I found out about attacks they were not aware of yet.
MW stands behind it's word. I am sorry I could not be on IRC 24/7 but we just discussed this last night. I don't see the need to bring it here when you know we are working with you 100% to end these attacks. I have even gone so far as to offer reps to make up for the attacks before you requested them.
with this being said both DB4D & MW will consider any attacks by nations under the MW or MD AA to be a rogue and will be treated as such.
I would also thank the Empress for her patients in dealing with a crotchety old man.

This might all by hype anyway, Mortal Wombat has until update to contact me or our Gov in regards to the continued attacks on DB4D or we will consider this agreement null and void.

4. Transgressions of term 2 will be dealt with on a case by case basis, conforming to traditional CN norms.
Does anyone else think that this is a dangerous term? I can think of lots of horrible actions that have plenty of precedence in terms of CN normalcy. Not that I expect the Equilibrium alliances listed in this agreement of trickery. I just don't like such vague language on a document of such importance.
We will take no actions against anyone that has not already been used by one of more of the alliances on the opposing side of this conflict. Seeing how that is the side they chose we felt it best to use terms that have already been used in the past.

Don't compare UCoN with GATO, UCoN doesn't deserve this comparison, they fought much harder and much longer than GATO.
Now that is not fair to GATO it is very hard on all of those nations in Peace Mode, it takes a toll on them after couple months of that. It's not like they are as brave and powerful like those in UCoN who put their nations in position where there was no chance to win. GATO opted to take the hard road to Hippieville so you guys stop being overly critical of them.UCoN put up a good fight and earned their easy out.

NEW never abandons an ally. NEW hits Int. NEW stood by Kaskus because even though they didn't have a treaty, they were friends. So NEW and Int weren't friends? I don't understand.
It is very easy to understand how their loyalty confuses you. Seeing how you have alliance hopped a few times recently, leaving your brothers behind in their time of need. Granted they are better off but it just goes towards your character or lack their of.
As for us, we worked very closely with our allies, friends and the rest of the coalition not to cause problems by our actions (again another foreign concept for you) if you were not so lazy you might see that we are all part of a larger group ( it is called friendships) who stick together no matter what and when one of them ask for help, it is not our concern at that time to ask why, we simply as what can we do?
If we had to do it all over again, we would.
Now if anyone at INT will still speak to you (which I seriously doubt) would you ask them to wake up and let them know they are under attack and it is only sporting if they would fire a shot back, even once in a while would be better than being a lame duck.

Last evening most of us witnessed as a few alliances announced before the world their Declaration of War in defense of tyranny by launching a military strike on NATO and Anarchy Inc, Being the fine, outstanding good samaritans that we are, soldiers of peace and prosperity helping old people cross the road and donating our kidneys and such, we knew right off the bat that we absolutely had no choice but to stand up and do something to combat this injustice.
So we laced up our combat boots, affixed the bayonets, grabb our rucksacks and headed out to pillage, plunder, start fires, terrorize civilians, blow stuff up, and commit some good old fashion tyrannicide.
In the defense and on behalf of the Equilibrium Coalition, the alliances of Nusantara Elite Warriors and Death Before Dishonor declare war on The International. Nusantara Operasi Celurit has been commenced.

Neither of these announcements should come as a surprise to anyone, those who signed with NEW did so because they wanted a fearless "ally" it is a shame that those that needed them when they were in trouble are not as fearless as those they signed with.
This should be a warning to all of those who are singing the praises of such an act of shear cowardliness.
As for my friend Brehon (as usual we disagree but friends can do that) had he really wanted to just even the table, an aid drop would of been more than sufficient to do just that. -
It was rigged, they are not going to tell you about the hanging chads and the ballots tossed out in the street.

Very saddened by the loss of Jack, I've only had the pleasure of speaking with him a few times, should of been more often, it was really nice to have someone older than myself to chat with.

Guy just a suggestion buit it might be better to have this conversation on your own boards rather than here on the Open World Forum.
This is just a mild suggestion keep in mind, I have gotten a few laughs out of this. Either way, it's been great entertainment.
