    yes. once you have reached the limit of 1000 actions, you may not log back into the game until update. That is when the game "resets" everything so to speak.

    I had a similar problem a while ago. Try go to your settings on FireFox and make sure that it will accept cookies. Sometimes, FireFox resets to its defaults when it updates or for some other reason. If that doesn't work, sometimes it might be your firewall. Just see if that works.
