There are no governmental positions, no authority, every member participates in the collective running of the alliance, every member, whatever their size, has a say in the running of the alliance, and a vote on matters. Effectively, you will be part of the government upon joining. That, and we have a really long stoners' thread. EDIT: In terms of colour, you won't have to move, we don't force members to move to our "official" colour sphere, although we encourage it.

What Cata said. Been in three alliances, but primarily the LSF. Was in OIN for a bit, and went back and joined LSF on the eve of the war against NoV, and then there's the short CPCN stay too.
